The app placed my order to the wrong store and they refused to cancel or move it the the town I was in, so I paid for a sandwich I was not able to receive. Again, they refused any customer service (I hung up when “Becky” called me “honey” in a condescending tone). I reported it as fraudulent to my bank and am processing a charge back. My kids really like Subway but I doubt I’ll go back to any of them, and I’d definitely not go to the E Main St location.

These girls were awesome. Great team work. Cleaning, sharing in the details of keeping all areas clean while no customers. Very happy friendly attitudes. Beckie was the manager on duty. Also employees Tamara and Ashley. I purposely asked for their names, wanting to give them a high five on work ethics.

Pretty unfriendly lady who made my sandwich, didn’t ask if I wanted some of the last couple things on it.. just kind of folded it over and cut it.. the other lady was super friendly and courteous.. unfortunately she wasn’t the one helping me… sandwich was on par… dining area was clean and presentable.

Food is good, but the staff needs improvement. I went in to order subs and as I went to ask one of the employees a question she completely ignored me and stared off into space. Another time I had went in and the employees tone was rude and acted as if she did not want to be there. I never have a pleasant time ordering within the last three visits. The staff’s attitude definitely needs improvement!
