Only one employee working. Complained about her being at break too long the entire time. Had cars come through drive through and he pretty much told them it would be awhile before he’d get to them, and they ledt. Extremely slow. Made flat bread instead of wrap. Attempted to change it while putting toppings on. Told them to just forget it and took it anyway. Almost dropped an F bomb in front of my 9 year old, but barely stopped himself. All fountain drinks were empty, the chip rack was half full, and all supply closets and kitchen doors were wide open. 2 flatbreads and a 6 inch was over $34. Asked about the price, and they kinda of shrugged it off, and they said that’s what it is. Subway as a franchise has gotten horribly expensive with less choices, but this location is bottom rung.

I like to wash my hands before I eat it gives you an idea of what the rest of the restaurant is going to be the bathroom was unclean and looked as if it has not been cleaned in a while. There was no soap they had the doors open to the kitchen and storage room. The floors were dirty, and had been so for a while. The food may be great. I wouldn’t know, but the cleanliness is bad enough that I won’t eat there.

Man, these guys are top notch. Food is fresh and delicious. Cooler was stocked and the facilities were very clean. When you’ve had a long day, this is your stop. Staff is very sweet and professional .. hint to the boss, give them a raise.

I have made multiple purchases at this restaurant and today will be the last. My friend ordered ahead of me and when preparing his sub the worker took his bacon from the oven and blew on it! She went on as if nothing untoward had happened so it would appear these kind of practices are a usual occurrence. He canceled his order and we left. I would have canceled mine but I had ordered online and already paid. I know restaurants etc are understaffed but there were 5 people working and we waited 30 minutes to order. The drive thru was taken care of before the customers who walked in. This is unacceptable and the bacon incident was disgusting. On my previous visit there was a hair in one of the subs. Their second chance was their last. They need to wear hair nets.

They are thieves who will refuse to refund your money when they fail to have a timed order ready in time to be picked up and believe that apparently you should be fine recieving the food an hour later. None of the employees outside of a manager are apparently capable of refunding your money so you’re subject to when the manager is in to get your money back. They also refuse to provide corporate complaint numbers which are public and are also unwilling to provide their business license which is required by law.

Good food. Good service. I used a coupon to buy one footlong sub and get one for free. Two footlong subs totaled less than $8. The cashier had to double take at the total because it didn’t feel right. Don’t throw away those fliers.

I don’t know who the young girl was, but she was the best employee i have came across! In spring valley store, on jackson ave. I was there around 1:30-1:40, she was young with dark hair and glasses. She needs a raise!!! Do whatever to keep that sweet girl!!

This place is always slow. I was having a bad day at work and really wanted to sit in my car but I was hungry and so I decided to go through the drive thru. They took my order and told me to pull forward. I sat there for 15 minutes without them even asking for my card. I dont know what was going on as they didnt seem busy, there was one car outside, but definitely made a bad day worse.

Has the BOGO advertisement and we decided to get a couple of food longs. I ordered the double meat and double cheese on Italian bread toasted
My wife had the same sandwiches but added topping to hers.
The food was really good, fresh and the price was great, we git two sandwiches for $12 or so.
I also used a coupon to get a free oatmeal and raisin cookie.
