Everytime I go to this store I have the best experience. Everyone is always very nice and accommodating. There’s a young brunette man who’s normally there and is just the most welcoming person working there. Been going here for years. 10/10. Not to mention my sub is always perfect how I like it!

They do not know how to assemble a sandwich correctly. On a toasted sandwich the cheese goes on top of the meat so it melts not on the bread so it doesn’t melt. Sandwich could have been good if the shredded cheese had been on top of the meat and melted but no I now have shredded cheese falling out of my sandwich. Google can teach you the proper way to assemble a sandwich. All subways do it the same well they are supposed too.

The lettuce was brown, the onions looked old. Other than that the roaches chilling around the drink machine was just nasty. I don’t recommend this location. The one on Bridge Street is better.

I ordered beef and cheese sub, got a cheese and one piece of bacon sub drove 40 minutes home called them they said come back and we’ll make another one wouldn’t give credit for next time I was there also waited in drive threw for one sub 15 min

Roast Beef on Flat bread is pretty much the same across the board at Subway. My only disappointment came when I was told they didn’t have sweet peppers! Banana peppers are NOT the same! Regardless, place was clean, including the bathrooms.

My food was prepared promptly and correct. The manager who was running the register had a 4.5 minute personal conversation with a friend / customer at the drive-thru window. Two other customers that were behind me had their orders complete and were waiting to pay as well. The awesome employee who prepared all three orders removed her gloves and ran the register while the manager’s conversation continued.

Stopped by to pick up a between games meal for our baseball team. Went to the drive thru and waited at the menu board to order but after 3-4 minutes received no response. I pulled forward to the window thinking perhaps something was wrong with the drive thru. Five associates were working, at least two of which made eye contact with but nobody came to the window. Sat another 3-4 minutes and eventually gave up and drove off. Went to Dairy Queen down the street instead.
Subway’s food is already sub par compared to their competitors and if I were a franchisee I would be making sure that when the convenience of my location offered a potential sale I wouldn’t let that slip away.
