Honestly the best subway experience I have ever had, and we go so frequently in both Springfield and Athens. At this point we are pretty much used to it taking so long to get our subway orders — Italian herb and cheese, chicken, provolone, tomatoes, and lettuce — that the sandwich isnt even warm by the time we sit down in the store — but here was different! The sandwich was hot and the tomatoes tasted fresh, and the quality in general was just better than any other subway we’ve been to. Plus, its decorated nicely inside and isn’t loud from the Walmart shoppers coming in and out right next to it!

Meanwhile when I showed up the lady said it would be a minute. No worries. Meanwhile the lady had AirPods in. Then another lady came from the back and asked me what i wanted. She through the bread on the table and just stared at me. I asked her if she was ok. She said she doesn’t associate people when they are on their phone. RIDICULOUS.

The night crew here is just rude and awful!!! They close a section of the restaurant early so u have to sit at the tall tables! My husband had a prosthetic leg and it’s hard for him to climb on the chairs! They act like you are annoying them! Will not come back here in the evening again

this was absolutely one of the worst experiences with subway i’ve ever had!! i found and no joke about this about 4 hairs in my sub. the old lady working here was also really disrespectful and wanted to cause a problem with a pregnant woman n then expect not to get told she was rude. i think yall need better employees and protection.

I don’t believe I’ve ever eaten at this Subway before. It was a run of the mill experience. Nothing memorable about it or anything. The employees were friendly. Our food was good.

Wow…The disrespect staff Michelle at this establishment is unreal. She acts like she doesn’t want to be there and the customer is bothering her. Had her make an order for me and she is asking if I wanted any veggies, I told her no just sauce, cheese and pepperoni and she says she don’t care she can only do one thing at a time. Then a co worker asked if I needed anything else and I said I did. Michelle once again smarts off then you should have ordered them at the same time. I should have told her but you can only do one thing at a time per her first comment. Owner please respond and tell me you will correct this behavior. It was one of the most unpleasant experiences ever.

I was done with my shopping at Walmart so me and my granddaughter went to sit down in the Subway. We had got some hot chicken nuggets from Walmart so I could spent some time talking with my Dammchild. Michelle F yelled from the register you have to buy something from here to sit here. Ok no worries I bought a cookie and cup of ice. I just want to talk with my 5 year granddaughter. So I sit down with her and then hear again yelling from beyond hind me. I turn around and Michelle is yelling I have to buy something. But I did so what’s the problem. She says that I have to buy a sandwich but that’s not what she said to start out with!!!! They made us leave so I asked for a refund but they couldn’t do it but we still left. Customer service does go a long way!!!! Thanks for the shitty experience Michelle and subway!!!!

I’ve tried several times to give this location a chance and the service hasn’t changed. It’s always the same two ladies in there and every time they are extremely rude. Last time I was told I had to pay extra to eat in even though I was never asked if I wanted it to go or dine in. And then one of the workers proceeded to argue with me saying she did ask me. I politely said she didn’t ask and kept eating my food. I understand having a bad day but to just be downright rude every time is uncalled for

It false advertisement to have coupons and then not except them. I told my daughter to leave the food on the counter next time cause we ended up spending double would have went next door to sensation if I new I was paying $12 a sub. FALSE ADVERSING IS ILLEGAL
