does anyone really look at google reviews before going to subway? probably not, but just incase- save yourself. don’t go to this location. it’s always awkward. dead quiet, never any music playing… The two employees working today were going super slow and couldn’t look more unenthused if they tried. they didn’t have one of the meats I wanted on my sub, and I overheard someone in front of me having an issue and they didn’t seem to be very helpful. they were also very skimpy with the amount of food they were putting on my subs, which is annoying since it was taking so long. The only reason this is two stars is because it was surprisingly very clean in there. With how few subway locations are left around here, it would be nice if it was a more pleasant experience..

This review is not about the food but the customer service. The food has been good out here but my experience today has not been stellar. I ordered two steak egg breakfast to the lady on duty or may be she was the owner ( not sure though she was Asian). I asked her how she was doing and even greeted her a good morning but she did not reply back until I said it again to her the second time and appeared as though I was bothering her. I know that businesses are cutting corners but you do not do that with pre-measured food. Normally for a footlong they would use two cups of steak but since I ordered two foot-longs she only used one-and-a-half cups on each of my foot-longs. Also while giving me the choice for cheese she did not mention that mozzarella is going to cost an extra dollar as in the past they have not done that to me in this same place. It’s only after I paid that I noticed that she had charged me extra 2 $ for it. Not a good experience.

This place is terribly horrible due to the poor staff and rude one. The manger or whoever was her name is super rude . The store is exceptionally no clean at all. I saw bugs in the food display among the lettuce. In top of that, is super racist and unbelievably rude. I wonder what was wrong with her. I have never ever in my life see such a miserable person a miserable place run by miserable staff like this. Sorry to say this but the experience was exceptionally awful which i was not able to stand it. Wow. I wish i have filmed this.

The Employees who work here are extremely rude every time I come in. They do not want to be working this job and it shows in their poor behavior, sloppy sandwich making and lacking customer service. Multiple times I’ve chalked it up to having a bad day but it continues to happen. Not to mention the fact that the last time I went in they saw me walk in and completely ignored me to continue having their conversation. I will not be going back to this location.

This Subway is one of the best Subways. I stop in here about 2-3 times a week. There is a new manager working in this store and her customer service is awesome, she personable, and she is always so friendly. The manager before her was immature, and not very professional. This is my go to Subway from now on. Thanks for everything and keep up the good work.
