I’ve been going to subway for 30 years. I’ve only ever had two subs. The cold cut combo and the steak. This time, I went to this location and ordered my usual. Except the portion was unusual. The girl, who looked like a teenager put 1 slice of each of the 3 meats on my sub and then started with the toppings. I googled cold cut combo so she could see what it should look like and she kept saying she wasn’t sure. I’m unsure what that means but I’m astonished. Needless to say, I’ll never be back.

Love the workers here, they made my sick brother food when he was in the hospital and were so kind about it. I got lunch there today too and they just made it so well and perfectly, amazing service and food quality. Anyone who leaves a negative review for this location is a Karen with a miserly attitude.

Devony needs to be fired. She was impolite and used a dirty pan to put cookie dough on. She was rude to the people picking up door dash orders and incredibly slow. Not a good employee. On the other hand, Kelsey is a wonderful employee; she is efficient, polite, and speedy. The other employees seem polite enough. The food is always pretty good.

I always come in and get a 6 inch sub in the morning and Kendra or Drea usually serve me. My food is always made well and they usually serve me pretty quickly. Love this palce !

The employee named Mike was rude while I (Doordasher) was trying to coordinate a substitution with a customer. He raised his voice and acted very angry and unprofessional towards me. Usually restaurants are very pleasant to work with but this was a very bad experience. I would personally never eat here with such rude service.

I don’t even know why I keep trying to come to this Subway. They have been disappointing me for a year. I have an easy order – one 12” sub with almost no toppings. Even if I’m the only person in line, it takes FOREVER. They have a drive thru but never wear the headset and don’t put a sign outside saying drive thru is closed. Today the employee put on his gloves and stared at me. Didn’t say hi or any variation of ‘what can I get started for you?’. Turns out the new slicer is down so they had no turkey.

Edit: The manager ran out as we were leaving and asked if we were interested in food still.. We agreed and he gave us two footlong subs and drinks on the house for our patience and for being almost missed. He was very kind and helpful. Therefore I removed my one star and replaced it. Thank you guys 🙂
Stood around for 10 minutes just staring at the counter. Bread count paperwork on counter and a dirty knife suggests that someone is around – or they just quit and left the job? Either way, not a great first impression.

Legitimately the worst sandwich I’ve ever gotten in my life. The bread had to have been 2 days old then completely burnt in the oven. I understand why I’ve never seen anyone here, it’s because it’s terrible. Don’t waste your money.

The only issue I have is that none of the staff answer the phone. I called so many times to make sure no one toasted my sub because I was getting it for someone with a chewing problem. They wouldn’t answer. But when I arrived the staff was just standing behind the counter, looking out the store door, doing nothing. So I called while I was in the parking lot, he continued to stand there and not answer the phone.
