Horribly slow service. I just left after waiting forever. Staff was too busy taking phone calls and making phone orders to care about the customers in the store. Now let’s talk about how they were wearing gloves but touching everything in the store with the gloves not just the food. Kind of makes it pointless to wear the gloves in the first place.

I’ve been to this location 3 times and it’s a miserable experience each time. Simple things like remembering to ask if I want my rotisserie chicken toasted to larger issues like long wait times and slow sandwich assembly. I generally like Subway but this specific location has let me down too often.

Stopped in around 745-ish. One guy was sweeping the floor. The other guy was refilling all the condiments and another guy in the back. Stood there for a few minutes made eye contact with one of the workers. I figured one of them would stop what they were doing but continue on their tasks. I waited a few more moments. I don’t think anyone wanted to stop take my order. None of the three workers acknowledged my presence I ended up walking out, going somewhere else. Quite rude to ignore a customer.

I went in there during a shift I had at the Vaporhaus next door, and the staff was incredibly friendly and even had the veggie patties that are so hard to find. Everything was fast, courteous, and tasted great. Will certainly be going back again.

I went in and ordered two subs. One of the employees drowned my sub in sauces before I could say anything. I then stated that was too much and was going to ask if he could take some of the meat off with the sauce and I would still get the sub. He very angrily and aggressively picks up the sandwich and slams it into the trash and storms off. I still purchased the other sub as it was halfway being made. I will never return to this store as long as that employee still works there. He quite obviously does not need to be in customer service or dealing with the public whatsoever. Rude.

We came in at 7pm on a Friday night to order 5 sandwiches. Everything was clean and the food was obviously fresh. They had 3 clean cut nice fellas working who did a great job focusing and got us in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They were obviously working together as a team. Very good experience.
