Worst customer service, the last night shift specifically the light skinned girl. Her attitude is disgusting just simple request upset her like changing her gloves after she touched several things, then commence to touch my sandwich. I don’t think I’m gonna come to this location anymore. They keep hiring people with bad attitudes and poor hygiene practices.

I wish they had updated contact information and answered the phone. Had an issue with fraud In my subway app and would have loved to speak to someone prior to calling my bank but unfortunately there is no way to do that. Some retraining on fraud recognition and reporting could be used. If someone makes 3 full meal orders in seperate transactions less than 5 minuets apart, and the mobile order is from someone across the country, and they do this not once, not twice, but THREE times, that tends to ring as a red flag. Please set up your voicemail box, update your cintact information, id recomend adding an email for concerns that need to be handled by a manager and not the poor person behind the counter being accosted over toasted bread and lackluster tuna, and implement any fraud prevention policies even if its just deductive reasoning and a flag on the account. The mobile app has no way to set up two factor authentication so unfortunately i am not the first, nor will i be the last person to have there hard earned cash spent on subpar sandwiches and unfortunately that means you are the last line of defense.

Very poor customer service. Was met with a terrible/rude attitude from the staff when ordering my food. When I asked to speak with management, I was told that the workers Mother owned the store and there was no means to contact management. I was also told that there was no working phone to reach the store manager either. What a joke! And to top it all off they were out of several veggies and couldn’t even make my sandwich as requested! Next time I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Where is management? I’ve ordered delivery from the subway app & have had to go pick up my missing items, more than 5 times now! Get it together! Pay delivery fees ETC & still have to go get my items I’ve already paid for. DO BETTER CUZ THAT AINT IT

I’ve eaten at the subway exactly twice. Exactly two times they made the food sloppy nasty and didn’t even cut the bread in the right spot. My meatball marinara fell apart on me literally fell apart in the bread was wet from the outside not the inside the outside soaking wet

All the restaurants in Salem and Shiloh springs in trotwood are full of young children that don’t know how to treat customers or have food stocked and ready and prepped to sell to customers. I wanted a meatball sub and they had two little meatballs in the tray. Lazy children. That’s just being honest.

I went in with my son to get some dinner to go. They were out of about 2/3 of what they offer. I ordered a sub that had a specific sauce that went with it that creates the whole flavor and when I asked for the sauce that the sub is named after they were out of that as well but didnt bother to warn me at the time I ordered the sub. Extremely disappointed in the whole experience. No excuse for it. The lady was very rude as well.

Subway’s sandwiches are usually good, prefaced by the influx of customers. The meats are fresh and are of good quality. I wish I could say the same for their sub buns. Those have been stale the last few times we have got subs there.
