This Subway has a NEW OWNER and it shows! This is clearly the BEST Subway, the BEST sandwich ship in Ohio, and possibly the Midwest! The owner is utterly the FASTEST sandwich worker that you will EVER see! He memorized our order after I gave to him and he made SIX sandwiches in just a few minutes! AND, all the while, he was friendly, courteous, kind, engaging, and delightful! HERE is the BEST customer service! I will return to this location as often as I can! He is very concerned about his customers! He will help you find things on the menu that you will find most appealing. This owner sincerely wants you to enjoy your experience there and return to the store. He handles issues. For example, there was a problem with the scanner, but he took several minutes to fix it. He goes the extra mile for the customers!!! The subway enterprise should employ this owner in some capacity as a regional supervisor to upgrade their training and service everywhere. In short, if you want some good food with the BEST customer service, come here to the Subway at the corner of Woodman and Dorothy Lane! I would give an 11 or 12 out of 10 to this Subway.

Honestly this is the only subway left in Kettering/Dayton that we will go to. Incredibly fast & amazing service, clean restaurant. New ownership is WONDERFUL coming from someone with nearly a decade of subway experience, this location does it RIGHT! After a majority of the stores were bought out last year service at those locations went downhill incredibly. This one changed for way better. We will be back!

I went in a few weeks ago to see if things were better and they were. It’s very apparent that there is new management. All of the staff were extremely nice and the food seemed to be freshly made (just as one would want from Subway). The previous reviews said there was a bad smell at this location, however I did not notice this at all, and everything looked to be clean. They also honored every single coupon that I provided without hesitation. Give this Subway location a second chance.

Service was great, out of pickles so that was not so great but customer service was 10/10. Restaurant looked generally clean. Bathroom needs remodeling. I would rate this store a 6/7 ⭐️ out of 10 ⭐️ I’d come back 🙂

Allergy friendly! I went here with my daughter yesterday, and she has severe allergies to two of the ingredients that are served. The gentleman who prepared her food was very kind and understanding, and he listened to every request regarding new gloves, knives, etc. At other restaurants, we are usually met with frustration and annoyance from the workers, so it was a breath of fresh air to be treated with compassion. We highly recommend this Subway for the exceptional service (our meals were delicious, too!!).

I wouldn’t even finish my order because she forgot to toast it after she had asked if I wanted it toasted , and tried to put American cheese on it after I told her what kind of cheese I wanted , then she pulls it out of the toaster and I realize that the tomatoes were dry from being left out and the lettuce was turning brown from sitting out

I ordered the hot honey chicken for a family member. Not only did she forget to put the hot honey on the chicken (she didn’t until the very end when she was ringing me up and she drenched the sandwich by the way) but I also specifically asked for black pepper and also put salt all on the sandwich (it’s in a separate shaker). All I got was apology when that sandwich should’ve been redone. Do not recommend this location!
