My only concern for me was that there was no drive thru. This Sunday is in a Walmart, I didn’t know that, I was passing Thur. This is a Google maps issue, not subway. Nice store though, food was great.

Worst subway ever!!! They don’t even deserve one star. I found something in my food and upon trying to tell the lady she not only talked over me but made me repeat everything 3x. Not friendly either and should wear mask when working with food … covid is going around!! And the place isn’t as clean as it used to be. Also when 3 ppl working and too busy to wait on customers is ridiculous. They simply do not care about the customers and without them there would be no business.

Went to take care of some business in Covington, Ohio for a family member with my oldest sister and mom. Registered at the hotel and we wanted to get something to eat so once we got back to the hotel we wouldn’t have to come back out. Sister had coupons for Subway so we ordered the chicken ranch sandwich advertised by Jayson Tatum from the Celtics team. The young lady that took our order was very patient and helpful while taking the order. The young lady that cashed us out was also helpful. Only problem we had with the order was we did not receive any napkins. Sister had brought a few paper towels.

This subway is clean and quick. Located inside Wal-Mart it is musicals on Google maps for some reason at times. I recommend ordering from the app while shopping then picking up on the way out.
The only negative is that I really love pretzels. They sell them. But not on the app. So you have to order them while picking up, which makes you look like a d as the pretzels take some time to prep.

We order a zesty big melty beef roast supposed to be double cheese and meat they didnt double you cant barely see the meat. So i told the cashier thats it didnt look like they double the cheese and meat he said they did.. i didnt argue with him but i know one thing thats gonna be the last we go in there..
