WOW. What can I say that hasn’t been said in the past few months.

First off, I’m not a licensed substance abuse counselor, but I do have law enforcement experience/training in sobriety tests and suspicion of intoxication and let me tell you that the young man who initially “helped” us had pupils the size of dimes.

During the course of travels with the family, I’ve had the opportunity to eat at quite a few Subway shops and this by far was the absolute worst experience – EVER.

From the shredded lettuce stored in the drink cooler in the seating area to the clearly intoxicated employee who completely butchered 3 basic sandwiches – this location is terrible.

While we were there eating the subs we had to remove toppings we had not ordered on, two DoorDash drivers returned with the same exact issue as us – completely incorrect sandwiches!

The older gentleman, who I assume was the manager had to go behind the intoxicated employee at every step including when he incorrectly charged us for completely incorrect sandwiches. $50+ for just 3 subs and he asks me, “you want chips too?” Like, buddy – my sub is on sale and I’ve already ordered combos three times.

Bottom line, don’t eat here. I’m kinda worried about what will happen with my stomach after processing, but we’ll see. There’s another one in town, it’s got to be better.

Was in the drive thru before 930 and they close at 10. The car infringement of us ordered. Pulled up to intercom and was told they were closed. Both subways on this side of town do this. Must be the same owner to allow closing early unexpectedly all the time.

Place was alright, just a typical subway, but you got to do something about the temperature inside the store, there is snow on the ground. Absolutely no reason to have the AC system in cooling mode

This location really needs to shut down—I have no idea how it’s still operating. It’s either poorly managed or doesn’t have a proper owner at all. I went in to order a sandwich today, and the experience was terrible. One of the employees was incredibly disrespectful—she acted like she couldn’t hear me, and I had to raise my voice just to place an order. Then she charged me an unusually high price. When I questioned it, she claimed that what I ordered wasn’t listed in the system and that she had to charge me more.

I asked for a refund, and another staff member came over and rudely said, “What’s he bitching about?” When I called him out on his behavior, he finally gave me my money back. On top of that, I discovered they gave me a footlong instead of the 6-inch I ordered.

I honestly don’t understand how this location is making any profit. I will never return, and I plan to tell others to avoid this Subway as well. There’s no customer service number, and I’ve submitted complaints on their website multiple times with no response.

Co-worker went and got me a salad. It was not even chopped like I asked and barely anything in it! I paid almost $7 for this!? What a rip off!!! Shout out to the Waverly, OH Subway where I used to live they need to come teach these employees how to make a salad!!

Stopped here today around 1:30 on 05132025. Since I pulled in the wrong side, I just went inside to order. The poor young guy was doing about 4 orders all it once, plus, had 2 people at a table. First thing I noticed was how filthy it was everywhere! NOT OK! The guy kept apologizing to me. I was very nice, told him it was ok. The more I waited, the more I looked around and felt very uncomfortable with how dirty it was, including the floors. Nothing looked like it had been cleaned in quite a while. So, when he went over to the window and was getting cash change for the person, is when I walked out! The obvious reason being, as busy as he was (NO ONE else helping him), I doubt he took time to take his gloves off (after handling money), he was going to wait on me next, I decided NOoooo! I left! So NO, I got NO food from here. First of all, it’s a restaurant, needs to be several people to keep on top of cleaning, it also gives employees time to be more neat, tidy & clean. I gave 5 stars ONLY since he was so nice and was trying his best to get everyone their food. You’ll lose him I’m sure when he finds a better job! He remained very consistent, nice, polite and working as fast as he could! Get it together Subway! Won’t be back. Not surprised it has a 3.5 star review.

Took us probably 10 minutes to do drive through order for only 2 subs. No napkins for our food. No car is in the parking lot.

ordered 4 subs online, took over 10 minutes for our food to be ready as we ordered them online 15 min prior. the subs were not toasted like we had asked. As soon as the food was handed to us we asked if it was toasted they said yes. it was infact not. Items were on the subs that we asked not to be on them.

So I usually don’t complain. I do online orders once every week or Saturday when I go into work. Usually pick up around 1:00 pm I spent $16 on a sandwich. 14. Give a $2 tip. Ask for double meat. I barely got a slice of turkey. This is the second time this has happened to me in the last month or two. I called the store associate said there was nothing they could do I find that disheartening there’s other subways I could go to
