I come through the drive thru at 1015, the lady working was outback doing something and she seen me and threw her hands up and kicked something, and said are you kidding me. I order my food, spent 13 dollars on one sandwich for it to not even be toasted like the menu said, she didn’t even ask if wanted it toasted. Super bad customer service.

The quality of food was terrible. Was asked if I wanted my bread toasted, and i said no, but it seem to have been toasted at some point and it had been sitting around for a bit cause the bread looked overheated and was very dry. The toppings was very little. Maybe a few pieces of lettuce and barely any turkey. Couldn’t even taste the vinegar and oil or the mayonnaise a few huge pieces of green peppers. Surely not worth the money I paid for it. Was very unsatisfied. ☹️

ordered an online order and when me and my friends came in and sat down to wait for it a lady was staring and wrote a note to the workers and they came out and said we had to leave if we didn’t order food rudely and we stated we ordered online and she just walked away without saying anything. very rude.

went in and ordered a ham sub with olives, lettuce, tomato, onion, and southwest sauce, the bread was dry and stale. The cheese was provolone. It had green mold spots on the cheese. Told them to remove the cheese at once and they told me to leave and never come back. It was not their problem. go figure

We used to go to this location a lot. That’s one day which is today that we went to it they made our sandwiches so horrible they didn’t even put cheese on my Husband sandwich when we ordered it and I ordered pepper jack cheese on my sandwich too. And they gave me white American. I called down there and the lady called me a liar over the phone. I do not recommend this location at all. We Live 30 minutes away and the lady basically told me if I didn’t come tonight to bring our sandwiches back that she wasn’t gonna do anything to fix it any day or any time. And that I’m basically lying because her employees never has gotten the sandwich wrong as what she told me.

Not sure if it’s a supply issue but went there tonight and they were out of a lot of toppings and ham. I felt stuck after getting a different meat option when almost all of the toppings I requested were out. If I would have known ahead of time I wouldn’t have gotten a sub at all.
