Never again. I worked at a subway for years and have NEVER seen such stupidity. First of all, cuts the bread so wonky it can’t even hold anything, then drops the knife and tries to pick it up and not change gloves, until everyone yells at the worker for trying to do so. Two different people in my group placed online orders through the app. Money is taken from both accounts. We showed up and the employee was not only clueless, but disrespectful. We showed her our phones with proof of our orders and she said “I don’t have them in my system so I can’t help you” and proceeded to call her boss. They refused to refund us or even make our food. Save your time and money, and go to Kauffman if you want Subway.

This is the worst Subway I have ever ordered from. The tuna bowl I ordered was almost $12 and was half full. I guess Lettuce and Spinach are so expensive now that even Subway can’t afford to part with it.

I’ll never order from this subway again. I placed an online order and made customizations to my sandwich. When I got home the order was missing items on it and had items I asked to be removed. When I called to tell what was wrong the woman argued with me she made the correct order. I hung up and said I’ll never eat Subway again. There’s plenty of places I can get better subs.

Joseph is fantastic!!!! I come in quite a bit because it’s quick and close to home and Joseph has always had a great attitude. The food is always fresh and tasty but my main reason for writing a review is basically to commend Joseph for being a fantastic employee by firstly being great at sandwich making of course but mainly for having excellent customer service skills. I look forward to coming in for the food and nice conversation!

Plenty of subway locations in the area, do yourself a favor and move on to the next. This place will make your pocket hurt when you spend almost $10 on an over-priced sandwich and repeatedly get stale bread, rotting vegetables, and missing meat! Not sure what they’re running here, but it’s certainly not a sandwich shop!

The one and only staff member working was in a back room.was told theres a limit to 4 subs for 1 person and I should have called in. There was no one else in line. Then was told they didnt have enough cause it’s the weekend. Ordered cookies and they shoved them in a bag. Completely smashed in multiple pieces.

Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and show evidence of long term neglect. Saw a box of Subway food prep gloves sitting on the floor. This pretty much sums up how I feel about Subway, not eating fresh today.

If you like nasty food with a side of food poisoning this is your place the health department has been here several times even I think shut them down for a while the owner Jimmy Patel don’t care much bout the USA and will tell you that as well. If you love our country do all of us a favor and go to an Indian store that’s at least grateful to be here
