Today 3.2.26 around 8 PM I ordered two subs at this Subway. The girl working behind the counter provided excellent service. She was very clean, careful, and followed all hygiene rules. Everything was done very neatly and professionally, and she was very polite.
This is honestly the first time I’ve seen such a neat and clean employee at a Subway. She really improved my opinion about the brand today.
Five stars. She definitely deserves recognition for such high-quality service. Thank you!

the little gay boy at the counter at 8pm on october 21st put his heart and soul into our sandwich. best chicken bacon ranch sandwich ive ever encountered. you’d have thought god himself slapped his large hog onto the bread prior to preparation, it was blessed in ways im unable to describe with any of the 7,142 existing spoken languages, nor any form of hieroglyphics or sign language. im salivating just thinking about it now. this was also he was accosted by a random man outside of the store and has to speak with a cop about the situation. still locked in. the gay boy’s hair needed a little toner but i can look past that in light of his otherworldly sandwich artistry and ability to work under pressure. i’ll be chasing that high for years, thank you eaton ohio, i’ll forever hold you dearly in my heart. inhaled the sandwich too fast to take a photo but i hope the attached image portrays my gratitude.

One guy out front, three people in line besides myself. I asked if there was anyone else working to judge my wait. No response. The one fella got to the person in front of me and two people come from the back. One puts some cookies in the oven and disappears. The other just walks out the door. About the time my sandwich is through three more people behind me and finally the other guy comes out from the back. Longest wait ever for a 6″ sandwich.

I hadn’t had Subway in a while so I thought I would grab a tuna 6 inch after fueling. A very courteous and professional young man by the name of Tyler made my sandwich for me and add salami for my pup co driver. It was very refreshing to have someone as nice and diligent as Tyler was. Subway and pilot for that matter need to hire more people like this young man.

I went to Subway at 9 PM — a full hour before closing time (they close at 10 PM) — and the employee refused to make my sandwich, saying they were closing. I hadn’t eaten all day and was genuinely hungry, but he showed zero concern or basic customer service etiquette. If you’re scheduled to work the 9 PM shift on a Monday, at least do your job until closing time. Completely disappointing.

If I could, I would give them below 0 rating. Just went in to order a sub and the kids working behind the counter were very rude. They laughed at everything I said. They were even judging and laughing at the way I look. Very poorly managed.

Visited 10/31/24@15:07. Waited my turn in line for about 15 min, then the girl working refused to make my wrap because “no one prepped anything I’m here by myself, I have the stuff to make it but if have to go back there and get it ready”. That’s not my problem. She would not fill my order, even after waiting all that time. Luckily, there are many other options nearby. Neither myself or my co driver will ever stop here again on our twice a week route. Ridiculous.

730 at night subway is closed, no food here other than chips and candy, cold drink shelves at least half empty probably hasnt been stocked since yesterday, no toilet paper in any of the stalls in the mens room definitely will. not return here
