This subway use to be amazing years ago. However it has declined dramatically. I started to go in and check out the meats before I committed to having a sub made just because of the cross contamination I was witnessing to see if it was worth eating. Come back a month later to see if they had fixed the issue and if it was worth eating at only to see they now put up a screen so that customers can’t see the food before they ask for it to be made. If your food is good then you shouldn’t need to cover it up so that we can’t see what’s going on behind that screen. I’ll just go to the other subway now.

I went there yesterday at 5:32 pm! I was blown away at how carefully and precisely these two young men were making the sandwiches. We live in a society where a lot of things are rushed, but I really appreciated their service.
I ordered a veggie wrap with tuna, and it was great . I engaged in conversation with one of the young man about his plans for the future.

I recently ordered 2 sandwiched through the app. They were both made incorrectly, one was almost unedible because of all the mustard. I sent a message through the Subway app to complain. Here’s what I got back.. “At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers. I appreciate your feedback and the time you took to share your point of view. I apologize your last visit did not meet your expectation. I have shared your feedback with my team to improve our customer service. “
I wasn’t sharing a point of view. I was complaining that the sandwiches were made wrong. It’s upsetting, especially for 11 bucks a sandwich. No cheese on a meatball sub? Smh

Had to wait 15 min as he was in the back, had to wait for him to heat up the food as it was cold. He was on his bluetooth the entire time talking in another language. Watched him use the sub spatula he used on my sub to adjust a sign above the back wall. never talked to me he simply looked at me and continued to talk on the bluetooth. Sad part is he is the boss. Terrible customer service.

Subway serves fresh veggies and meat with good bread. What more could you ask for? Not giving 5 stars only because I always have to clean up the booth I sit in but that’s got more to do with how uncivilized people are today.

I have visited this restaurant on 3 different occasions and only eaten here once out of those. I have chosen to walk out twice because of the staff being rude, unmannered and lazy. I never complain as I’ve worked for subway when I was a teenager so I’m usually pretty lenient. The first occasion I walked into the restaurant and I always get the club (they’re discontinued now and that’s just fine) they worker tells me “that’s why they’re not on the menu if you’d read” I’m not sure I know anyone who looks at a menu when ordering subway? Second occurrence, I went inside I’m ordering a steak and cheese sandwhich the worker actually rolls their eyes at me when I say I don’t want it toasted. Then now today I walk-in to order and the lady is just eating in the front of the store I guess I interrupted her. I ask do they have any soup and she says “NO” and I said “you don’t have any soup?” She says “I haven’t made any today”. Any good employee would have seen I was shopping inside Walmart and said “it isn’t ready yet but I can get some warmed by the time your shopping is done if you’d like to wait” not this place- I will never eat here again simply because of the attitude, the laziness and lack of manners.

Terrible service. One of the female employees forced an elderly man out of the store. The man had problems walking and the Subway employee acted verbally hostile toward the man and forced him out of the store due to his condition. The man in no way acted out. Sickening.
