Subway has lost the bubble on quality and customer service. 9 of every 10 times that I think I want Subway, decided to get something else, and today has helped me decide never again. I can by the sweet onion sauce at Kroger note, so I’ll just make it at home or choose never to have it again. We should have walked right back out today when I saw the filthy environment. Every table in the place was dirty and the drunk staring was dirty and not stocked. No lids for drink cups. The one kid working clearly couldn’t care less about any of it. Veggies looked trash worthy. I was still stupidly willing to order. Never again.

Terrible customer service at this Subway. The man working there was rude, dismissive, and acted like serving customers was a burden. This kind of attitude ruins the dining experience. I won’t be visiting again unless they fix their staff behavior.

Slowest subway ive ever been to. They were late on my online order and didnt start it prior to pickup. Then it took them forever to actually make the 2 sandwiches when I was there. Worst experience ever.

The girl working today should not be in customer service.
She didn’t smile — which isn’t a big deal — but she was rude when I politely repeated a question. While I was there, another customer (a woman) came in to pick up her order and kindly asked if it was ready. The employee snapped back with just: “Name?” — very unprofessional tone.
I asked to add two scoops of tuna to my sandwich. She did — but charged $4 extra, instead of $2! Isn’t that a bit much for just two scoops of tuna?
In the end, my sandwich cost $16 just because of tuna.
I hope management will work with their staff to be more polite and professional with customers — and to not add incorrect charges to orders.

All the subways in the neighborhood pick any other one but this one. Order toaster you get burnt. Use a coupon you get half the proportions on your sandwich like All I taste is bread burnt bread. And lettuce even sheisty on that.. any other Subway but this one three times strikeout

First time at this location told I had to wait because they still had to finish cooking the meatballs. I had no problem waiting got my order. My meatballs are partially cold and frozen beyond annoyed store won’t do anything about it. They won’t answer the phone so I’ve contacted SUBWAY® online, which is the only way to contact anybody else because the store will not do anything. I am beyond mad. I don’t know if they’re fully cooked. I don’t know what’s going on, but I shouldn’t be served cold food when I ordered a hot sandwich.

This has been for years my favorite Subway as it’s close to our church and we go there often after church or church events. Yesterday my wife and I went in for lunch and found the air conditioning not working which we understood. But we also saw a very dirty Subway with every table except two dirty and not bussed. Trash/food stuff on the floor and the drink bar not cleaned or wiped down. We saw two people working with the women making the food and a guy sitting in back. Things need to change back here if you want our continued business.

Excellent service. The place is clean and hygienic. The staff here is very friendly and patient enough to prepare a perfect sub of your choice. Visited couple of times and always had same pleasant experience. Place worth marking as favorite! One tip for veggie patty lovers. The veggie patties are always on demand and gets finished soon. If you plan to have it, it’s good to call the location and confirm/ hold as needed before visiting. The staff is very prompt in answering calls and giving you right picture after checking.
