Yesterday, 7/24, I went to Subway for a sandwich and to utilize restroom. No soap in dispenser and no paper towels in restroom. Sandwich maker did not know how to make sandwich. Poor training and lack of interest as he wanted to be on phone. Last visit to that site.

Can I give negative stars?! Ordered and paid for 6 footlong subs through app. Got to store and was told did not get order. Showed them email of items and that is was paid for. Said they didn’t have it and nothing they can do about it. They said the order was from third party. No it was not! It was from subways app..I always order from the app no problem with the Hamilton Cleves location EVER…will go back to them. Would not make them…said we would have to pay again. We’re basically told to walk away They should be shut down! Horrible!

Store was dirty and the store manager refuses to honor the daily specials posted inside the store. Asked for the number for corporate and the owner refused to provide contact information. Female owner was very rude, arrogant, and completely useless. Manager did everything possible to keep me from contacting corporate. Is it asking too much to get a sandwich from a sandwich shop? Employees at the counter appeared to be on drugs or drunk. The large teenager taking orders was very slow and just stared at us for what seemed to be an eternity.

I just had to leave because the employee refused to make my sandwich with chicken breasts instead of the chicken strips. I have never had to pay an up-charge for this in the crazy amount of times I have requested it….But I was willing to pay extra to get what I wanted. He still REFUSED to make it. He said management is “really on them lately”… for what?! Making sandwiches that people want to eat??? What is the point of serving chicken breasts if I can’t eat it on my sandwich??
