This is the worst Subway we’ve ever eaten at. We love, love Subway and have eaten at Subways for over 35 years. We will never return here – the service was extremely poor, very, very rude, and they skimped on ingredients, we ordered extra meat and it was a tiny sandwich, they hardly put any lettuce on it. It was the worst experience we have ever had at a Subway. And they do not honor any Subway coupons. We will never return to this location.

I had one of my worst encounters at this subway today. There were customers sitting around smelling strongly of weed almost like they were smoking it in the store. The lady behind the counter that was making my sandwich was rushing me on making it and when she closed the wrapper on it, half of the sandwich was sticking out of the sandwich. I don’t complain normally but I really felt like this needed to be put out there.

I ordered on the mobile app. I go in and he tells me he doesn’t do online orders due to confusion and such. Ok that’s my fault how? Also, how is anyone supposed to know this location doesn’t do online orders if it doesn’t say it on the app or the website? Then he proceeds to tell me the issues with online orders but I could barely understand him because of his foreign accent. He then says he will make my food since I already paid for it as if it’s some sort of courtesy for me. I won’t be back

Will not be back!!!! Went to pay for my food, and I skipped the tip portion, because he was rude, and ignored me for 10 minutes before taking my order. My card automatically declines. I had just used my card so there was no way it should’ve declined. I tired it again, and once again skipped tip. It declines. So I go over to dollar general purchase some things and use my same card. It goes through. So I guess they got their credit card machines set up to decline non tipping customers.

I don’t know the area well and I’m type 2 diabetic and I had to use the bathroom but she closed early because of the heat. Yeah it’s 90 degrees you work making sandwiches. Maybe the job is not for you. If you can’t take the heat stay out of the kitchen. Also learn about certain illnesses. Someone come to you needing to use the bathroom because he’s diabetic be better to let him use the bathroom before he pisses on himself then gets mad and yells at you through the window.
