Haley was OUTSTANDING! Amazingly sweet, professional and wonderful attitude. She is such a breath of fresh air! Had a pickup here friday evening and she informed me the location did not have eggs to make the customers 2nd item, asked me to call the customer and ask if they would like a substitution. As I waited for their response, she promptly made my order. This is now my future go to subway. Give her a raise that is worthy of her level of customer service, skill and professionalism.

Got a meatball footlong for lunch. The meatballs were ice cold. Manager called me and argued with me on the phone for 10 minutes on how it was not possible that they were cold because they’re in a hot well that’s temped periodically throughout the day.
I worked for subway for 10 years, I already know how it works.
They offered to make me another meatball sub, but haven’t addressed the issue of them being cold, so basically they’re just offering to replace cold food with cold food. Oh, and they offered to put the meatballs in the microwave…
If I wanted microwave meatballs, I’d go to the frozen section at Kroger.

At this location I was treated like I was dumb and the person taking my order was very rude. This employee was named Kevin and he also dis-regarded many food safety issues aswell as displayed poor customer service. He used the same exact knife with multiple customers and sandwiches even when we tried to tell him we have allergies. Will not be comming to this subway again and would rather drive an extra 10 minutes to a different one.

Your employees are amazing but please, properly staff your store. I have walked in multiple times on my lunch break to one employee working and a line to the door. Not to mention countless online orders. It causes for unnecessary chaos and really long wait times. I come in during my lunch break and should not have to wait 20 minutes to get my sandwich made simply because you have one person working who is extremely overwhelmed.

Changed my review entirely because this location NEVER runs any of the promotional deals. No BOGO even though other locations do it, but its the closest one to me. The subs are good, but the fact they never participate in any ongoing promotions is absurd.

This franchise location has removed the ability to order almost every Subway Series Footlong in the app in order to prevent coupon usage. They agreed to accept the coupon with Subway corporate but don’t want to actually follow through.

It was awesome. I got a cold cut 12 inch sub for $5. It was on Italian herbs and cheese has bread. They offered to toast it for me which I accepted. For this amount of money, you get an incredible deal. You get a huge variety of items that you can put on it. Restaurant looks clean. The bathroom was clean. The service was outstanding. The employees were extremely nice.

Nice sandwich was artwork, it looked as GREAT as it tasted!!!! Only issue was the tables & floor was dirty. The food was absolutely delicious and the young man who waited on us was so kind, friendly, & uplifting! I loved his happy energy!!!! The sandwich he made me was pure artwork, I sincerely enjoyed every single bite! My mouth watered as I watched him make the sandwich!!! ❤️
