Stopped in last Tuesday to order the Baja chicken protein pocket. The staff was not welcoming to begin with . I placed my order and asked for no jalapeño peppers but asked for some black olives . When my wrap was almost completed I asked again for black olives and was told there are no substitutions and that you can only remove items (which doesn’t decrease the costs ) . I have been going to Subways for many years and their whole stick is customizable sandwiches etc . I could understand if I had asked for bacon but it was olives . Either the employee needs retrained or the location needs to read its own signage . As mentioned on the sign -“Add-ons additional “.. they could have simply charged for the olives . So to prove a point, below is a picture from another Subway where I removed the jalapeño & added black olives at NO CHARGE or push back . This location might want to rethink its business model ♂️ I won’t be back.

Got the sandwich of the day and made it a footlong. It didn’t even have half the amount of cold cuts that used to come on the six inch! I wish I could post these photos. I am officially done with them. My friends told me to find a grown up deli a long time ago and I guess it’s time.

I was here on Sun 11/24/24 at 6:00 p.m. The two ladies at the counter were wonderful! They smiled, entered into a fun conversation, and were happy. They will get my business back. I did have a very bad experience about 3 yrs ago but I didn’t expect that employee to still be there. Great job!

Was lunch time today and the people making my food barely toasted my sandwich and was soggy when i got home not even an hour later. Would not recommend this place at all. First time ever having a soggy sandwich. Would ask for a refund but not worth the hassle. Its a gas station you get what you expect. Service is always like people dont want to be there and got better things to do then do their job correctly now and days. I’d rather drive twenty minutes away then to come back here to this subway. Gotta do better. The “management” Is clearly a fault also. Went there at night a few months ago and they must’ve All been on break was there In my car and not a single person came to the front that i could see through the window. Disgraceful. Finally got someone. Then they had an attitude taking my order like i was interrupting their break. They came up smelling like the reefers they were toking out in the parking lot. Ended up walking out arguing with the lovely employees. Awful service, twice!

I honestly hated this experience. Me and my husband are in here daily during the morning time after our gym and it’s amazing service and nice people but we came in today at 7:10 and the lady behind the counter did even do anything she was to busy laying over the counter playing on her phone, we waited and rang the bell until someone from the back came out to finally serve us. Honestly ridiculous.
