The guy who has been working at this location for many years is extremely rude. He caught an attitude when I stated the meat I wanted on my sandwich. He didn’t hear me the first time. Towards the end, I stated I wanted extra mayo. He practically poured the entire bottle of mayo on my sandwich and then glared at me. This location will NEVER get another dollar from me.

I love subway. The flavor is great. No complains on the food. The employees on te other side makes me sometimes want to order somewhere else. Online it says it’s supposed to be open at 6.30 am, but it actually is marked at the door to open at 7 am. However, the employee never opens at that time, and if you knock or call it’s just a waste of time, there’s always an excuse, or she just ignores you by going to the back of the store. The only person that is not rude in the specific store is the manager. Two of the other team members are extremely rude, specially the one that usually opens the store. I even had to be kept waiting to be helped because the 2 employees were arguing in the middle of the line, and calling each other names.
I hope the personnel changes here because I really like Subway.

I’ve had many great experiences at this Subway. I love the staff, they are so friendly, sweet, and kind every time I come in to see them. The food is always tasty. 🙂 I recommend this Subway!

the staff is so rude , especially the white heavier set lady. their proportions are so small you have to ask for extra with everything you want on your sandwich. their bread is stale or they cook it too long in the morning. they are never prepaired for lunch either. this place just sucks @$$ !!

Ensure your up to date on your vaccinations because stepping into this establishment you’ll soon realize that cleaning is the lowest priority here, which is likely attributed to their horrid business hours. BE WARNED

This is an awesome Subway, slightly off the beaten path, but with a spacious dining area perfect for groups. The padded chairs around the fireplace is an especially nice touch. Great corner view of Sycamore and 12th Street for people watching. Fresh subs, friendly service
