They overcharged for a whole sandwich and then refused to refund us. (FYI- we paid cash!!!) Said the only thing they could do was make the sandwich. I offered to use that money for the person behind us and they refused to do that as well. We didn’t need or want another sandwich. So they stole 8 dollars from us.

The employees were not friendly. Asked for extra of certain things and barely got any! Had to ask for extra onions because when I asked for them on my foot long they put 3 on there!! Didn’t even cover a quarter of the sandwich!!! Horrible experience!

I would give negative stars if I could. Ordered double meat and 50 percent more on another sub. Both were incorrect. Bread hard as a rock. Took it back and the employees refused to remake it or refund my money. Terrible customer service. We will never return. Manager wouldn’t respond to calls or text

Placed an order via the online app. The app said my order was ready for pick up. I arrived to find both employees standing behind the counter one was eating chips and drinking a soda and had a sandwich laying on top of my ticket that they printed out but didn’t make. They talked about how disorganized they were and how they ran out of money and the one girl kept talking about finding a beanie that fit and didn’t itch. I just wanted my sandwiches and to go. Will not go to this location again. I almost just asked for my money back but had no faith either of them knew how to do so also they kept talking about not having enough clean knives and pans. Do better.

Don’t use the online order feature. The restaurant will be randomly closed sometimes, even if it’s listed as open, so if you paid for a sub you won’t be able to pick it up when you get there. There’s also no system for getting a refund. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is that I’m aware of the issues Subway franchisee’s have been experiencing with the corporation, and I assume they are mandated to use the online ordering and list static hours of operation on the app, even if they don’t have the workers to stay open. Doesn’t change how bad the experience of paying for food and finding the restaurant closed is, though.

No cookies, staff was moving very slowly, provolone cheese was frozen solid. I was standing in line for almost 10 minutes and I didn’t see staff change their gloves once. The employees also completely left their stations while I was waiting to order.

Costumer service is SO GOOD a very nice lady made our sandwiches. All of the ingredients looked fresh. The food tasted good. This subway is good since they got new owners.

I ordered food here on Monday and I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning from this place because I usually don’t eat out. They said they didn’t have any brevages either. Been sick all week. I got the veggie delight 6in sub meal and they didn’t even offer to refund me. Don’t eat here unless you’re planning on being sick all week.

Lady there was very rude. Went there with my friends, waited about 5 minutes and we was starting to leave, she came out and asked us what we was doing. I responded with nothing and she replied “okay well I will just check the cameras”. Very unprofessional of her to assume that we was even doing something in the first place.

I love this subway and I go to it all the time, but today the girl who make my sub was very disrespectful to me and my partner for no reason. The station was a mess and even found some meat that wasn’t meant to be in the sub. I suggest that you terminate her before she makes the whole town ill.
