Horrible service, meat, and veggies not available. Manager said she would have to charge me to just substitute meat they could not cut due to policies from Indiana owned owner. I’m done, never really likes it. Jersey Mike’s way better but no local competition.

Was refused service as soon as I walked in the door because they had an online order of 23 subs to make. so they was not going to be taking any more orders .( I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION)!!! you need to take care of all customers especially the ones standing infront of you do an online sub and then one instore sub. Work everyone in. We were willing to wait and weren’t in a hurry at all. Smh (DISSATISFIED & DISAPPOINTED)

Poor customer service. Put FROZEN cheese on my sandwich. The guy behind the counter acted as if he didn’t want to be there, no proper customer service was shown. Called in and spoke about it, the guy just laughed on the phone. Will not be going back.

People standing in house should be priority over online orders. To be greeted at the door that it’s going to be awhile because I have online orders that come first. Priorities seem messed up. If you don’t have employees prioritize. Maybe no online orders today?!?!?

Great service and the manager is always on top of things. She is friendly when greeting and engaging with customers. She is also right in there working with the staff. Loved that they keep the store clean.
