The lady who was preparing my sub looked like she didn’t want to work there at… I politely asked to change the knife she’s using due to personal reasons, but she rolled her eyes and mumbled something. I tried being nice and not to escalate the situation… she also didn’t add tomato’s and was not going to add any sauce until I asked her to… I understand people can be having a bad day, but it doesn’t mean that everyone else needs to be having a bad day just because of her… very poor choices of employees

Darker lady with braids had attitude and low energy. Traveling back from Tennessee to Cleveland Ohio stopped for a break to get food with my family. Messed up one of the sandwiches and had to re do it. Acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. Then I get in the car open my sandwhich and she used the wrong chicken on my sandwhich. She needs a different job that don’t involve customer service lmao. How do you mess up a sandwhich? Then you couldn’t even see her making them cause she had the boards up so we couldn’t see while she was making it. Thankfully we’re only traveling and will not be back here!!

Staff in sour moods I guess because it’s 10:35 on Christmas night and they have to work. I get it. But, they’re the only place open and should expect some traffic because of that fact. Girl was super short with me and the gentleman in line behind me. Slapped it together very carelessly. Just rude. I never leave reviews but I’m inspired to do so tonight. The other Pilot employee who finished my sandwiches was rude and short also. And told me and the other customer that we must be too lazy to cook. Just B.S. If you don’t like your job, quit and work somewhere that’s closed on Christmas. Won’t ever be back.

You can’t go wrong with Subway anytime is a good time for a made fresh sandwich. I enjoy subway because it’s different. I wish it was Penn Station but none of those are close to me so Subway does just fine and probably a little healthier. I am picky and only get a few different things but when you know how you like your sandwich made it’s very easy to steer them in the right direction for you. I am normally always satisfied with my experience at this particular chain of restaurants and that’s saying something.

Katie took my order and made it wrong, then over charged me. I asked for manager and she stated that she was the general manager. Obviously she was lieing. Horrible customer service. Very small building, felt like we were packed in there like a can of sardines. Will NOT return. Save your money and go down a couple exits.
