They can’t even answer a simple phone call, I kept calling and got a busy signal nothing there is fresh and I get are rude as hell. I never purchase anything from them because it’s the worst place to get food from!!

Horrible service. Ordered online, 5 subs. We got there 20 minutes later than it said the order would be ready. Only 1 foreign lady working, still had not completed our order, and didn’t understand what bread one of the subs had. I had to point it out on the receipt what bread it was. Then she gave us our bags and we are missing 2 subs and one of the subs we got that was supposed to be a 6in. Was a footlong. People in line were getting mad because they were having to wait as she tried to figure out what subs were missing. We ended up walking out with about 20 dollars worth of food and our order came to 35 which we already paid online. Do not go here!

I ordered a 12” tuna sub and it is absolutely ridiculous the amount of tuna that is on the sandwich. It’s as if they took what was supposed to be the portion for a 6” and put it on a 12.” I won’t be going back to Owensville Subway! It’s not acceptable…..
