The restaurant was clean, the staff were polite & they accommodated my instructions to make sure I got what I wanted. The best chocolate chip cookie you’ll ever try! I recommend signing up for rewards to get points if you’re a frequent customer. Subway has been a huge craving for me recently so I am looking forward to coming back.

I recently visited this Subway and had an amazing five star experience. The environment was neat and clean, the customer service was top tier!!! The workers were smiling, happy and were very welcoming! They made suggestions and didn’t rush me to finish my order. I was greeted immediately and my food was made just as l wanted! I really do appreciate excellent customer service! I am looking forward to visiting this location again soon!

I have not gone to this subway many times, but the times that I have been in, the manager has been very rude. I bought the Loveland buddy card to support Loveland athletics. On the card it has a buy one get one free 6 inch sub. The manager refused to honor that and tried to negotiate with me to get me to pay five dollars for the one that is supposed to be free, he tried to give me a hard time about it, but ultimately, I am not the one that signed up to be on a buddy card in the first place. I ended up leaving because of how rude he was. If you are one who likes to support locally owned franchises, I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.
