This place is extremely dirty the floors are discussing the glass where you order was gross the lady that was in there moved slower then molasses over all experience was horrible oh and did I mention how dirty it was my goodness!

Going well until asked the person making the sandwich not to smash it into a flat bread. I get it. Do that to add toppings. But that was not an issue here. No added toppings needed. When the other worker said I’m going to post a letter on the glass for rude customers that they will be asked to leave. I explained not being rude just didn’t ask for a flat bread. Can you say passive aggressive just cause you mess up. Was told I promise it will taste the same. Who don’t put their bread on top of their shopping cart so not to get smashed at the grocery store.

This Subway has really gone downhill recently. It looks to have all new staff, and they haven’t been properly trained. On my last two visits my sub has not been made correctly, and this past time after ordering online I had to wait 15 minutes past time it was due to be done by. I payed $3 for double protein the past two times and there was barely any meat at all. Also didn’t have any onions at all.

This place is still horrible. Today everything tasted spoiled. I think one of their coolers went out or something. Ended up throwing sub away it was so nasty. I won’t be returning to this subway anytime soon.

Placed an order for online pickup. Order was somehow canceled through the app. Didn’t find out until we arrived at the restaurant. The “manager” on duty informed us that he received no order and that since it was canceled, there was nothing he was going to do, and said we were “SOL.” The instructions on the app said to speak to the store, and that was the response we got. Now we’re stuck waiting for the funds to be credited back, which can take up to a week, so now we have no funds and no money for the order.

Staff is great, especially when working with no bread, no drink machine, no napkins, and no quarters for change!! Let alone no relief to take breaks or leave on time!!! Management needs to do better this is unacceptable!

We got takeout this Sunday morning. The gentleman working is a great worker. Everything was clean inside the resturant. All the items we could see looked fresh. His work area was clean.
All three sandwiches were made just like we asked. The bread is different but the sandwiches were awesome!
