We are always greeted by Katie and Sam, they always give the best experience when getting lunch, even down to memorizing our orders and always with a smile. Went into the store at 6 pm, tables were stacked on 4 tops and closing protocol was being done by second employee. Other employee was trying to make a rather big order on her own which seemed to be as a little bit extensive. After waiting a while I shopped inside the Marathon “Winemiller location” and came back to Subway… Decided after speaking with service employee I really couldn’t be served for an extensive time, I decided to go to Papa John’s and wait for my order there instead of waiting on an order from Subway

Here’s another Subway that was not open at 8 a.m. as posted. If they don’t want to be open then they need to change their hours. Years ago I use to be able to pick up lunch before heading to remote work locations. Now they are unreliable. I’m still looking for one that I can depend on.

I eat here quite frequently. Today I did a mobile order and my food was of good quality. However my drink had a bunch of gunk in the bottom . It doesn’t matter how good the food is that’s just unacceptable.

Went pick order up. Wife came in asked why taking so long to me and a snotty worker in back making order messed it up even bread messed up. Had enough nerve to be rude to my wife when she wasn’t even talking to her, my wife said I wasn’t talking to you ma’ma and said you don’t have be rude the lady then with attitude and rude still said I don’t have to serve u don’t come back. Girl needs not but into people’s conversations. And quit being rude customers cuz she messed up! Remind you nobody was or came in there why we were waiting over 40 mins for a pick up order!

Wife went in before 10 AM and ordered 2 breakfast Ham, egg and cheese wrap. When she was asked about the type of cheese she told them to make it as it’s intended on the menu. They then made her 2 ham and cheese wraps with lettuce and pickles, no eggs. NOT A BREAKFAST WRAP. When we called and requested the order be corrected we were told we could purchase a new wrap or we could purchase eggs to add to the wrap. The manager told me it was her responsibility to watch the “sandwich artist” make the wrap and ensure she was making what she intended to order. No accountability whatsoever an offered no attempt at fixing their mistake. Complete lack of accountability. Horrible establishment, horrible manager, horrible staff. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
In case the franchise owner takes a look at this review you may want to evaluate your managers performance better. for context my wife and I live in the neighborhood behind this subway and for sake of a $17 order she refused to take any accountability for even going as far as to say my wife had a responsibility to watch the sandwich artist make the sandwich when she ordered them “as they are on menu” during breakfast hours and then shopped at the connected gas station… you’ve lost a customer forever and i’m just going to make the same complaint to Chase to dispute the charge… and the conversation didn’t start in conflict it was escalated due to bad management.

First they called this location. The staff was very friendly. The two girls that were working normally with Subway. There’s a problem with honoring buy one, get one or buy one half off, not at this location today. They were very friendly. The deal through the app was honored. Disappears to be a very good location

A lady named Jessica was super super rude to me and my 4 year old son!! I do not recommend going into this store when she works unless you want your day to be flipped upside down.. very very very unfriendly and had a very bad attitude when you ask her what bread is ready. I wound up not getting myself anything and just fed my child!! I will no longer support this business because of the bad behavior!!
