Ordered here a few times before and every time I come across the same issue. They never put as much toppings as any other subway when I order online. They obviously give you less toppings when you order online such as missing a couple slices of cheese, some meat, or even just not making it properly. Now they have a cover over the meat section so that you can’t see your meats and cheese being put on and sure enough, there’s half as much meat as normal. I get it that they’re a business and need to make ends meet but to not give a customer what they paid for is completely unreasonable. I wouldn’t eat from this location again unless they switched ownership. The current owners have no care for the customers, only their profits.

Management is non existent. They had a lady come in from another location to cover a shift. Her relief was scheduled in at 2. I walked into the line at 2:15, and waited for about 15 minutes before she could even get to take my order. Her relief did not call, the manager did not call nothing. And she was so busy she couldn’t even get the chance to call her manager at her home store to find out what was going on. 2:30 and I am finally finished and ready to leave and still nothing. As a manager in food service this disgusted me. That there is no respect for someone who is there to help you when they dont have to be. That there is no fear of being fired for not showing up for work. Upper management needs to clean house and start from scratch.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a sub and most of the ingredients were left off. The meatballs that were actually put on the sub were inedible (I ended up just throwing the sub away). I contacted subway through the contact info on the app twice about my horrible experience and have yet to get a response. I will never go back to this subway and will probably go somewhere else for any type of sub sandwichs in the future. I’m very disappointed in subway restaurants! I’m not surprised that they are listed as a restaurant that will be going out of business in the near future.

Slow, need people who care about customer service. I don’t require much but waiting and watching the workers shows how much they can’t stand their jobs. You could get the same effect from a robot. Food is typical Subway..Update: Late March 2019, they’re closed down. Update : June 2019 open now, haven’t been there yet.

For starters very rude! Tried to charge me extra for black olives!! I have gotten my sandwich the same way at every subway and have never been charged for heavy black olives! This is a store I will never support!
