Subway shop just inside the Market entry door to a Walmart. Small dine-in area was clean & well lit. Clerk was professional & attentive. Foot-long sandwich had fresh ingredients, and cookies were tasty. As good as or better than any Subway we’ve visited across the country, we would patronize this location again if in the area.

The owner of this franchise has a list of the cheapest sandwiches, and you can only order from this list, when using a coupon. The coupons do not state that the other sandwiches are exempted. This is not acceptable, and I won’t be going back.

Guy was on the phone. Got the Philly which is supposed to have 2xthe cheese. He toasted it before he asked to put the peppers and onions on it. I actually brought the sandwich back up because I thought he forgot the cheese. What a joke.

They’re always so rude anytime I go. The first couple times they looked so irritated I came in and dared interrupt their conversation. This last time though, they chatted with the woman in front of me and laughed with her. When they came back to me they didn’t say one word. They just pointed at things instead of asking about what I wanted. It was incredibly awkward. Just go Uptown. They’re always professional and nice.

I called too see if this location honors subway coupons. The server answered then immediately hung up. So I called again the server answered and says who is this what do you want, I said I want to know if you accept subway coupons he says no! I say what he says no! Who are you I said I’m a customer he goes ohhh you come in good by!
I went in this Subway prior with a subway coupon buy any footlong get one free. So I ordered then the server said I couldn’t use the coupon because I could only the ones from a hand written list on typing paper taped to the wall. I couldn’t understand a word this guy said I’ll never go back there again!!!

Very unprofessional, guy who was making the sandwich was on the phone using a bluetooth the whole time he was taking the order. Had to repeat what I wanted on the sandwich multiple times and he put the wrong sauce on the sandwich even after telling him that it wasn’t the right one and saying “no” repeatedly. He proceeded to almost put 2 other sauces on the sandwich when I was trying to explain he put the wrong sauce on it, he clearly wasn’t listening because he was on the phone. It really did not go well, I wouldn’t reccomend it.

I came here in the 90s to visit my family. It’s the branch on the right hand side of a U shape, near Miami University.
I have to say Subway in the UK before and after I tried the sandwich here is not the same at all.
I didn’t eat extra lunch as I normally would after that massive sandwich. The bread and filling are very different tasting from the ones at Subway in the UK.
Customer service was excellent.
I didn’t sit in as my cousin’s bicycle shop is nearby. If there’s a bicycle shop near this branch it is definitely the right one I went to previously.
It is still my favourite Subway.
