You have to wait every time to order because the associates are always in the back on their phones, I work in the mall so I don’t have time for that. You’re always hearing how they treat the customers poorly and how they are not careful with cleaner around the food. This subway and their team sucks!

Worst subway I’ve ever been too 1st they do not do mall workers discount even thought every other restaurant does do the 10% discount…and the service is the worst I’ve ever seen in all restaurants they constantly get phone calls and step to the back and leave customers waiting in the lobby line…don’t go here many other better options.

Waited in line for nearly 20 minutes because there was only 1 person working, and he was new. When customer before me asked for a salad, he told her he didn’t know how to make it. This Subway just isn’t very good. I was there on a Saturday afternoon. Only one employee was working. The bread was clearly old and dry, some of the ingredients didn’t inspire much confidence either. The worst part, though, were the prices. I guess since it’s inside a food court they can get away with prices like this, but $8.00+ for every 12″ sandwich on the menu is a joke. Do yourself a favor and pack your own lunch when you’re at this mall. Or maybe try one of the other few restaurant options.
