I want to shout out the long haired guy in there. Everytime he’s there I know I’m getting my stuff fresh and exactly how I order. I’ve been here 3 times and everytime it was ready when I got there and it was out together well not sloppily all over the place like the one on verity does you. Great location, perfect service.

Every single time I order from here, my food is a mess. Either you don’t get your chips or your drink, or your sandwich is just wrong. I ordered and paid $10 for the BMT just to receive bread, pepperoni, and three slices of salami. No 2x cheese, no ham, and the outside of it was absolutely covered in mayo. You’ll always receive a sorry excuse of a sandwich from here whether it’s cold, has barely any filling, or is just the opposite of what you ordered.

I placed an online order and my sandwiches were made very sloppy and they covered both of my sandwiches in so much mayonnaise you couldn’t even pick them up and the bread was extremely soggy . They need to retrain the people they have working here.

Nasty attitude, unprofessional, and there is food, contamination between pork and chicken. They don’t change their gloves nasty as heck. Don’t go to this subway.

I have never in my LIFE witnessed such utterly preposterous and uncalled for unprofessional indecency. A gentleman was in line in front of me and when asked what he wanted, the customer informed him that there was a mixup the day prior and his sandwiches were going to be made today per the manager named Jack, the employee, who’s name was Chris that I gathered from the interaction, immediately told the customer to stop yelling at him and to lower his voice. To be absolutely clear, in NO way was this customer loud, rude, or raising his voice in ANY way. The employee Chris was immediately combative with the customer, refused to make the sandwiches and told the other employee to make them (she was an absolute gem and seemed extremely put off by the other employee’s behavior) as he stormed off to the back office and yelled that he was calling his manager. Leaving the female employee to fend for herself with a line of people, multiple people waiting for pickup orders who were very frustrated looking, floored by the situation they witnessed, and inquiring about their orders with her, she handled the situation with grace letting them know the order she was going to make everything in, as Chris was I could only assume continuing his absolutely uncalled for tantrum in the back and trying to save his ass with his manager. I refused to stay in line and be met with the same attitude from that employee and I left. That was the worst, most disrespectful experience I have ever witnessed in a professional setting towards a customer. I have been at this location in the past and have witnessed similar attitude from this SAME employee towards customers but always want to give people the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to them having a bad day. I will not be returning to this location and I hope nobody ever has to be treated this way by this employee, or anybody for that matter. Absolutely uncalled for.

Worst customer service due to an employee named Chris over an online order that wasn’t made. Refused to make them even after telling him I had proof of purchase.
Contacted store manager, said he would have it taken care of the next day to just let him know when I was headed there. Now I was in contact with said manager the entire step of the way up until I stepped in the front door and asked him to speak too, he instructed me to ask for Chris and tell him to remake the sandwiches at no coast to correct the mistake from day before.
Chris immediately became defensive and say I was yelling at him and when I said I’d let the manager know about his attitude today he then refuse to make sandwiches walked off and went to back to call his manager. Leaving his co worker alone and way behind on orders and explaining to the other customers she was sorry and would get to them asap.
So much more could be said but needless to say I won’t revisit this location for many other reasons now. You should really consider looking into this situation because upon other reviews this is an ongoing problem at this store. Also no one wants to eat in a 90° restaurant…Do better Chris and subway!

My favorite subway to go to, the manager is always so nice and welcoming and always makes sure to say hello to every single person who walks through the door! Also Chelsea is always on top of it with making my order and very sweet ! Very awesome experience everytime I go!

I have had the worst experience with this location the past 2x ordering online. When it says my order is done and I go to pick it up and it’s not made and it takes 30mins after to get your food go else where if you want good service not worth my time or money coming here anymore.

Ordered online, pickup at 5:35 pm, order not ready till 6:15. I will never never ever step foot in Subway again, if hadn’t already paid would have left. Beware they don’t work on or complete online orders, if there’s anyone in line at store!

I haven’t been to a Subway in a very long time because the quality had gone down, but when my niece wanted to go here I ended up being really impressed and more than satisfied. I forgot to take pictures but our footlong sandwiches were delicious, fresh ingredients, and good portions. I’m not sure why so many low reviews but maybe it depends who’s working that day. Also we did take-out but ordered it in the store which is probably the better way to do it as you can correct mistakes because you are watching them make it.
