Since we found this Subway, we haven’t gone to any other locations. This location is always clean and the subs are fresh and delicious. Everyone is very friendly and they even take coupons. Some other locations put the ingredients in the case in the morning and it sits all day in the frosty cases. It never looks fresh. This location has the freshest ingredients no matter what time of day we come. We love the toasted Italiano sub and get lots of ingredients, just the way we like them. We keep coming back for the best subs around. We always tell them “You are the best around”.

We did a pick up order, one was a philly with extra cheese…literally no cheese, the only thing that makes the sandwich. Waste of time and money. And their apps sucks, cant even get $ back.

Since this store changed management, several of us in our house have had stomach issues after eating subway from the Harrison store. We haven’t gone back for awhile, but placed an online order and they put cheese on my sub (which I am highly allergic to) and put lettuce on my daughter’s Philly cheesesteak instead of green pepper. The order on the paper receipt was correct, but not what they gave us. Very very frustrating! I miss our old subway!

3/4 sandwiches were messed up they refused to remake them unless I came in. I did after pen dug her fingers into the sandwich she said she’s not tensing then cuz they were lightly toasted. I’ve never got a toasted sandwich and the meat still be cold! They refused to remake it and refunded my money. I will not be back. Toasted means warm not cold!

The Harrison location is not like any other subway, the food doesn’t taste very good and the last 2 times we ate there we felt nauseous after. This location has gone down hill over the last 2 years.

Usually a hit and miss , food quality is decent. But the main thing is hoping you get a good employee who will treat your sandwich with some respect.
Honestly this is the best subway around as in Ross they really don’t care I avoid that place . But the employee’s should improve on customer service and carefulness with a little passion preparing sandwiches. I understand as I work for the public to and it’s hard .

Without a doubt the best Subway. I’d be willing to wager world wide. The employees are always so nice, the store is so clean you can see your reflection in the floors, and the food is always fresh. Shake-N-Bake Harrison Subway! Well done everyone.

We had to stop going there after witnessing a gentleman cleaning the tables off by sweeping them with a broom multiple times. I don’t know if he’s wiping the tables off afterwards, We are not going to sit there and watch him do his job poorly. Judgment made unfortunately. But it grossed me out so bad I can never return. We actually drive out of town now to go to Subway. We cannot be at risk of infections due to things like that. Pay attention to the cleanliness if you go. If it doesn’t smell clean it is not. I love Subway but unfortunately I’ve had to go away from this one.

Love the manager here but the bigger blonde lady is always rude to me and idk why, overheard she was upset about a manager too. I had to remind her to toast it again cause she didn’t toast mine so she got upset and tossed it in there with my boyfriends sandwhich then gave us an annoyed tone the rest of the time. I don’t ask for much just want my food without an attitude.
