I’ve had some really good ordering experiences here. They are located down the road from me and the service is exceptional. I got a salad today that was chicken teriyaki. It was 9.99. The salad is a good size and the overall taste was great! I definitely recommend this place to friends and family in my life!

Me and my Husband sat down at a table and we waited for 2 hours and the waiter and they never came to take our order. So then we went up there to order and then they were being mean and told us to leave for no reason. In this photo we expected our waiter to be here.

Ordered the beast with lettuce, extra pickles, tomato, red onion and extra cheddar cheese sauce. Got practically a ham and tomato sandwich (no onion no cheddar cheese sauce no pickle). Bread was burnt. Ordered this sandwich 3 times since this new deal started. Perfect the first time, same awful sandwich last 2 times. Common factor was new rude girl with pigtails. Went around 6pm-didn’t want to go back and complain because we didn’t have time and would be been the same children making it. Will never go back it seems subways everywhere are losing serious quality. Such a shame!

If you see the plump girl in pig tails just plan on your food being made completely incorrect ! Three times in a row in two weeks…. I try not to complain as I work in the food service industry how ever this is ridiculous…. I’m just done with this location!

I was there a little over two weeks ago and trie to pay with my gift card and the girl said we had to do it online so I paid with my debit card and it went through to my bank but the girl said it did not go through on her end so it would be debited back to my account and 2 weeks later it still hasn’t been. I keep calling and get à message sayin call was not connected. Once I got an employee but manager wasn’t there so I gave my number and told them if I didn’t answer for the manger to leave me her number since I can’t get through on the work #.She did call back while I was at the doctors but she did not leave a message. They have tied up my 38 dollars for over 2 weeks and I am furious about it. Although the food was good the customer service is terrible!

Let me just start out by saying, I have had issues with this subway before but only now have I ever felt it necessary to post a review. My husband, son and I walked into the Carlisle subway on 4/18/24 at approximately 9 pm. 3 workers behind the counter. 2 stepped out from behind the counter and left a guy (long hair with earbuds in his ear). My husband orders his sandwich and wanted buffalo chicken sandwich with light buffalo sauce. My husband kept telling this worker that that was enough buffalo buy he would keep going to eventually empty the buffalo bottle. But that’s not my issue with tonights visit. So I go to let this guy know that I would need 3 additional subs. He gave a huge sigh and started mumbling something. I asked him if that was going to be a problem and starts stumbling to find words and eventually spits out “I mean no but” My husband just wanted to walk out completely, leaving the sub that was already made but I went ahead and paid for that. I just tell him nvm we’ll go somewhere else. As he just stands there, apparently dumbfounded that someone would take his sighs and rudeness as anything but wanting to be helpful. I will not be going back to this location.

“My experience with this establishment began on a normal day, when I found myself in need of the perfect sandwhich. A footlong white bread sub with double provolone cheese. As a matter of fact, a sub with ONLY provolone cheese on it. This is when I ran into Brady, a graduate from the local high school. From the moment I made my order I knew my sub was in safe hands. I watched in awe as he skillfully cut the bread into two symmetrical loaves and placed my sweet provolone on one slice at a time. Since then, no sandwich can taste the same or please me without Brady’s craftsmanship involved. Good job subway, you’ve hired a sandwhich connoisseur for the ages.”
