I got double meat on the Beast sub and almost every veggie and it was still manageable and very tasty. It is Subway so you know what to expect. It is the best bang for your buck as far as sub shops go, especially when using their deals and rewards.
Honestly, this location is the best Subway that I have ordered at. Everything is clean and tidy and the employees are truly sandwich artists. I worked at Subway a long time ago so I’m a little familiar with the process but these people are leaps and bounds above my sandwich making abilities.

We ordered online 10/13/2025 and the pick up times was originally 1:10 pm. The pick up times was pushed back twice so my daughter decided to go to the store to wait on it. When we arrived to the store we were told our order didn’t exist. We showed the clerk and the manager where the money was deducted and the screenshot from subway.com. The store essentially said that there was no order and they would not give us the food we had already paid for. No one offered to assist us or troubleshoot what happened to the order. We used the support chat on Subway.com to try to get a refund, and it was ALL AI and also offered no resolution except to refer us back to the same store.
I paid for food using a SUBWAY PLATFORM and arrived to the Subway store to be told they do not have our food or order and we were offered no assistance. It is was all a very frustrating process and experience and still never received the food we paid for. The following screenshots were provided to the local Subway store, who offered ZERO assistance and were also provided to Subway corporate who offered to have the same store follow up by email (WILD).
I disputed the charge with my banking institution and have full faith they will resolve this and get my refund. BEWARE- do not order online for this SUBWAY store.

I’ve been to this subway many times with no problem but tonight we ordered online for the first time to get the deal they have going on. Buy one sub get one free when you order online. When I came to pick up my order all of my items were not in the bag and one of our subs were completely wrong. The sub that was the wrong order was completely inedible due to how sloppy it was made(as shown in the picture).
My advice would be just to order in store , I’ve never had problems until I ordered online. Waste of money.

Personally, I will not come to this Subway location. The last time that me and my wife came here, they were pretty rude to her for some reason. And on her sub sandwich, she asked for extra pickles and they gave her two total, which is completely outrageous because they wouldn’t add more, and they also charged for Extra pickles so personally, if it was me, I would go to the Subway location in the Franklin Walmart, my wife eats there a lot and I. Also go there at least 2 or 3 times a month. And I always have a good experience, great food, great staff and you can get your shopping done as well, so it’s A

Ordered with a group and ordered 4 pick up orders total 8 subs, the person we sent to pick them went in and was told one order was done and we’d have to wait for the rest which was fine but after waiting 25 mins and finally getting everything we were missing our chips half the subs were on the wrong bread, there was no meat on one on the subs and there were completely cold, we were the only ones in the store at the time and all this still happened it’s just disappointing to have such horrible service

I placed an online order and when I got there I was told they didn’t have an order come through for me. I checked my email and there was a message stating my order had been canceled. No reason as to why it had been canceled, just that it had. Since I didn’t have time to wait for the order to be made, I didn’t get anything and can’t rate the food. But I will say the two ladies working were very nice and apologetic. They had no idea why the order was canceled either.

I ordered 2 footlong subs. 1 club and 1 Philly cheese steak. The meat on the Philly was stringy and chewy. The cucumbers on the Club were roten and had soured. Both sandwiches were inedible. Both our stomachs started gurgling shortly after. Only took about 3 bites. The only thing that was good were the cookies. You only had 1 person working and the line was 3-4 people deep.

On sunday 7/3/2023 at 5:19 pm I ordered 2 footlong subs on line paid for them with my bank card and was charged to my account I called Subway 1 w 2nd st in Franklin Ohio, 45005 to confirm they received my order , they stated they did not go thru, but you took my money I told the young lady I can bring down copies of the online order and a copy of the charge to my card so I can receive my food , I was told the internet messes up all the time , this is common, I eat at Subway once a week by my work and never have a problem , If you dont want to honor the buy one get one free at the Franklin Ohio location then dont post on line you will , I expect a phone call and a refund of 12.99 asap to my card .
