Put in an online order around noon that said it would be ready by 12:30. Its now 12:50 and I have yet to get my meal and heard them start it after they served people that came in after me by 5 or more minutes. Finally had to go to the desk and after still being completely ignored for another 3 mins I spoke up and was argued with and then asked again if I had a pick up order by the same employee that asked me 30 mins prior. Two older women that were dressed nice also had pickup orders after me and got theirs no problem. With I looked like I deserved respect too but it is what it is. Anyways my sandwich had been done sitting on a shelf and I can’t even it it now bc I’m late for work and it’s obviously been sitting there for a while bc I looked right when I got in my car and it was soggy and barely warm. I’ll never be back to that subway and I’d never recommend it to anyone. I’ll drive across town if I want it again. The disrespect was unacceptable. Can’t leave 0 stars but yeah, 0 stars.

Left my mom waiting over 30 minutes for an online order, helped 15-20 people with their food and left her sitting. Order was placed for 5:00. It’s now 5:30. She is still there waiting. When we finally receive the food, it is wrong, sub ordered toasted received cold.

Spent $15.00 dollars for a sub and the bun was stale. Makes me want to go to Subway a lot less. This is not the first time and is happening more often. Already not going as often as I use to and will eventually stop if things don’t improve.

There was only 1 lady working because the other girl was late for work. She was swamped with customers but she did an excellent job. Kudos to her. Wish I remembered her name. She was very polite and took care of everyone in a timely manner for being alone.
