The employees here were extremely nice and polite. However subway itself seems to be stuck behind the times. Part of what I ordered online was unavailable. They couldn’t refund me. That is so ridiculous that subway doesn’t allow the store to issue a refund but instead inconveniences the customer and makes them call a hotline to get a refund. That’s fantastic when you are traveling when I arrived 15 minutes after my order should have been ready they hadn’t even started. I do completely understand that part tho as they are in a very busy travel center off the expressway. Employees get 5 stars for being nice. Subway itself 0

I am absolutely astonished at how respectful Kathy and Taylor were and how much concern and care they had and shown for someone with food allergies. These two young ladies definitely deserve a raise because they are definitely kind and compassionate and they take their job seriously as well as take customer service to a whole new level of appreciation

Like this subway normally but every time the girl that has the Cross on her face makes the subs there’s either hair in the food or she leans in on your sandwich with her shirt completely in your food like it’s to big of a deal to slide it a few inches out of her way and then lean on the counter instead of in your food. Disgusting. Then she hardly wraps your sandwich and definitely no sticker which not sure if they have them here but when she makes it you will find our bread empty of your toppings and in the bottom of the bag. So get a fork ready if you go here lol

Got my daughter a kids meal. The food was gooda well prepared. Courteous and friendly staff. A little slow but the business was only open a week at the time of our visit so some growing pains are to be expected.

Usually have good experiences when I stop here at this Subway location. However I have to ding a star down because sometimes the lettuce looks a bit gross like it’s been sitting out for a while. Freshness could be improved. But everything else has been great. Service has always been good and the rest of the food items have been just fine.
