It’s genuinely sad to see how far this location has fallen. This Subway used to be amazing, but it has completely lost its way. Even after showing her the confirmation on my phone, she refused to give us the food or a refund. Her only “solution” was for us to just pay for it all over again. Absolutely terrible service and a total lack of common sense. Definitely not the same place it used to be.

I haven’t been to a Subway in a while, but there are limited options here in Lex. The young lady behind the counter had a fantastic attitude, joked around and was excited to work. You don’t find that much. The sub was made well and ingredients all looked fresh. It was a very clean location. Having a great staff who are efficient and kind is what is missing these days. It made me appreciate not stopping at one of the other fast food spots.

The people that work at this Subway are very polite. I usually order through the app and go pick up my order. I don’t like to write negative reviews. This particular location never gets my order correct. Today, I ordered a steak, egg, and cheese wrap. I paid extra to have them add bacon to it. There was no steak on it at all, and it had 2 strips of bacon. It might as well have been an egg and cheese wrap. The ends weren’t even folded. There was stuff falling out all over the place. This is the least busy Subway I’ve ever been to. It seems they should have plenty of time to read the order and make it correctly. The last time I was there, the girl that made my order put all my food in a bowl instead of making the sandwich I ordered. She assumed it was a bowl because I had ordered a bowl for a family member. I had to drive all the way back to get a sandwich made. Again, they’re very nice people that work there, but maybe the owner should require more training or make it a requirement that their sandwich artists can read and understand an order before they are allowed to make the sandwiches.

I normally order on the app, and add in the comment section that I’ll pick up right after work, usually around 8pm. I always get the same thing. I’ve never had a problem with the app or the food. The sub I get is always delish, and perfectly made, just as I ordered it. Thank you so much, for making my dinner for me! Much appreciated! Definitely will be a repeat customer! The girls were sorta nonchalant about their relationship with their customers,a take it or leave it type of attitude. I wouldn’t go back there again unless it is the only place open. Also just learned that the tuna doesn’t have any tuna DNA, REALLY NEED TO AVOID A BUSINESS LIKE THIS, who knows what else is fake on their menu. My health is more important than to ever eat at a place like this because you, in my opinion, can never tell what exactly you are eating.

At 1:50 PM on Saturday, March 29 I came in for food for my service animal and I. I ordered my food. I went out to my E bike and put my wallet and my bike storage department ate my food in five minutes later the Lexington police rolled up to me and asked him if I was a brandishing a fire arm. I explained to the police the situation that I was not committing any crime after speaking to the police. The police told me that they asked me to leave the property because I was loading outside. I was only on the property for about 10 minutes after a 10 mile bike ride. On my way to clear Fork Lake taking a small break. The short overweight woman’s attitude was not welcoming at all very displeased with the way I was treated. Will not be coming back to that location again for fake Processed food. I will be contacting the corporate office in regards to this issue.

BRITTANY is a manager?
There were problems with my large order. I had a meeting that was coming up shortly so I had concerns about my order being late. When dealing with this situation, BRITTANY was rude and aggressive. I felt that she wanted to physically fight me right there in the Subway store. She was leaning over the counter threatening and humiliating me.
BRITTANY should NOT be working a customer-facing job. Customers depend on managers to make things right. De-escalate the situation. Make the customer feel better about doing business there. Management 101. She did nothing of the kind. BRITTANY escalated the situation to the point that she threatened to call the police on me and was yelling at me as I was leaving the store.
Why is that okay, Subway? I was not threatening her. Just because I questioned the ordering process, the timing of the order and her customer service skills, it’s okay for her to belittle me right in the store in front of other customers. That should not be acceptable.
