The owner/manager was extremely rude. I drive a big truck and had to park diagonally so my backend wasn’t in the road/driveway. There was no one in the parking lot and the one spot I took up wasn’t even an actual parking spot. The owner/manager told me I was couldn’t park like that and to never do that again. I asked where I was to park and he said he didn’t know but I couldn’t take up 2 spots. There was no one in the parking lot. There were 4 other empty spots that my truck wasn’t taking up. I understand I shouldn’t have taken up 2 spots but the other parking lots were for other businesses and there was NO one in the parking lot. I knew I wasn’t going to be long. The owner/manager didn’t really need to be rude about how I was parked.
The employees had their personal items, coats, phones, drinks all over one of the booths but that wasn’t an issue apparently.

We got a salad, which was in a different container (much smaller) than what was pictured on app. It also didn’t look good. When I called and spoke to the manager, he laughed off that what I got was different than what was pictured. He also corrected me when I said that’s not a $9 salad, informing me that it was $8.89. He had a complete lack of concern for our experience…not professional at all. Terrible customer service…we won’t be back.

Food is great but location will no longer accept coupons sent out by corporate so I will no longer be returning to eat at this location or any others that do not accept coupons. The staff was nice but management and owners have no sense of how to run a business.

Visited on 2/18/25 had a Spicy Italian Sub made into a salad. They wouldn’t cut the meat slices. They said “we don’t chop salads” I asked if they would cut the meat with a knife. They wouldn’t. They just layed the whole slices of meat on top of the salad. I’ve been to Subways all over and I never eat the bread so I always get a salad. EVERY OTHER SUBWAY CUTS THE MEAT! How hard it is to lay the 5 slices of pepperoni and 5 slices of salami in a stack and slice it into 4 pieces?? Takes two seconds. Very poor customer service. I was the only customer in there they had 3 workers and weren’t busy.

On 06-06-24. We ordered 3 subs . One ordered was a black forest ham. It only had 2 pieces of meat on it, wanted it toasted on flat bread, it wasn’t. Been getting Subs there alot, this was the worse. Maybe time for a change. Wake up.
