Worst subway ever complete wrong order contact customer service and nothing has been done besides an email saying they fixed it. They fixed nothing couldn’t eat 2 of 3 sandwiches due to the quality of the sandwiches.

My first time ever ordering from this subway as I live on the other side of town & don’t eat out often, & you guys have showed me why.
I ordered online to be picked up, a few subs & in one was an acrylic fingernail which leads me to believe that my food wasn’t being made with proper protection. & Careless at that.
I called back MINUTES AFTER picking my order up as I ate half of it before pulling my nail out of my mouth!! I have pictures. I have recipes and time stamps. I talked to Tiffany the first time who was working shift. I don’t believe it was hers, I believe it was her co worker who lied about having nails on, when someone purchasing in the store at the time of my phonecall had confirmed she infact did have French tip nails on. I was told to call back 2 days later, for something to be done. I INFACT called today!!!!! & Talked to the manager Jenn & was told she can’t do anything because it’s been 2 days!!!! Who trains these people? I have all evidence, the nail, my Sandwich, my receipt, my call logs, & screen record logs. I have contacted the health department + I have contacted the FDA & head quarters, made me pay $35 for an order that wasn’t safely prepared, I think about it Everytime I eat & my next steps will to seek out advice on legally what to do next! Do not go here!

This was a waste of my time & money. The bad reviews must be for the night shift bc I ordered a melt and got a cold toasted sandwich…how? And my baby’s cheese steak sandwich was ICE COLD and NO CHEESE. Like how?! Do, I had to make another trip back to have it them fixed. I’ve been in pain all day and I just wanted a sandwich. Horrible experience..correction, the redo is also trash. How is it that my melt has no marks on the bread and my cheese is very much not melted. I hate it here…Lordt

Door dashed from this subway, and they said they were running out of bread. Now I’ve been an assistant manager at an Arby’s, and q Freddy’s steakhouse and frozen custard, so running out of things is normal.
However, what I can’t believe was even after the first time my order was messed up, and it was a big order, 7 foot longs, mistakes happen we are human I get it.
I have to totally reorder my sub, and when I get it? The bread is stale, and it’s completely incorrect. The sauces weren’t on it. It wasn’t a good experience and I hope that it can be improved on in the future.

They do not honor the business hours, 7pm is not 930pm! Also it would help if you turned your sign open sign off so people know your closed instead of the having a rude b point to a lit open sign thinking she make sense

They whole place sucked. The employees had crappy attitudes and all they had as wheat bread because the manager was apparently to lazy to make bread to havw for that day. Would highly recommend going to a different subway. The subway by belden village mall is twenty times better than this place has ever thought about being.

Pretty nice staff, actually knew the one guy there. The other guy could’ve used a bit more charisma or I guess be a bit better with customer interaction. Didn’t seem to be bothered with even pretending to be happy at the minimum. Overall the food was good, prices decent enough and they were friendly enough staff to overcome that small detail.
