I have been going to the subway for 20 years!!!
The issue I just recently had a few days ago was with customer service with another customer that I observed!!! In 20 years, I have never seen somebody be treated differently just because they were a different nationality at this subway!!! The man was not rude and spoke decent English but the woman that was making his sub was rude to him, and then after he left the other lady that was working with her, called her out and told her that she didn’t need to be rude to the gentleman like that! Is she going to treat a disabled person the same way just because they can’t hear her well or understand what she is saying!?!?! I don’t know where managers are at this location but they need to have one there the whole time and not just here and there!!! Back when Covid was going on I observed an employee eating meatballs out of the container with the same fork over and over!!!! Something needs done because it’s ridiculous what is going on at this subway, especially when someone is treated different just because of their nationality!!!!! IF YOU CANT TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT NO MATTER THEIR NATIONALITY, THEN DONT WORK AT A PUBLIC PLACE LIKE SUBWAY!!!

1st I ordered 2 subs on-line. When I got back to work to eat my sub, subs were made on wrong bread. I called in and spoke to some gentleman and he said he would make things right. Awesome. Since I took my lunch break I couldn’t come and get subs for that night. I then returned to Sugarcreek subway where I communicated to employee Ashley and she had asked what was wrong with subs, so I explained. She then rolled her eyes, shook her head. Not everyone likes all the breads. But why should I feel the need to explain this to this employee? She was very rude with her non verbal attitude and I will not be back to this branch! Sorry to the gentleman that was super nice and was making it possible for a second chance but, your employee Ashley just blew it!

I will never eat there again they had a lady there getting ready for work she was brushing her hair well sitting at the table then she stand up and brush front and back of her hair then she puts it up in a ponytail the she turn around and started to spray body spray all over her and she was sitting next to the food why couldn’t she go to the bathroom and get ready.

Horrible. The kid working was very rude. We asked if he could get us fresh tomatoes he said no he had to use what was there. Which was very few. So he turned them over so the next person wouldn’t see how terrible they looked. The meat looked bad. Just very unhappy with the service and ended up throwing away my sandwich.

A standard Subway operation located in a small strip mall with limited access. Two employees. Prompt service. Clean. Did not include napkins with order. But $40 for 2 subs and a cup of ice is criminal, even for a tourist area. Rip off.

Not impressed with the so called “changes” at Subway. The sandwich artists that I encountered at this location were not very friendly or welcoming. I ordered the new baja steak and jack that was in the big picture on the menu. However it looked nothing like picture, and the meat was nasty with gristle and fat and the pepper jack cheese so small it had no taste. I noticed very few chip choices. Overall it was a bad lunch, and I don’t think I’ll be back any time soon.

The most awful subway I’ve ever been too, been coming here for years (not many other options but try to avoid at all cost) Every time I get food here it is always disappointing. Management is terrible, most of the employees are unpleasant. They have little selection because they are always out of food for some reason. I’m honestly surprised they’re still open. The Subway in Berlin is a 5 star restaurant compared to this place.

Ok the one that waited on me today was very nice but the one who is manger I think was very rude has been since she took over and she say false comments that ain’t true at all so I dont recommend this subway to anyone and get ur facts strait instead of lieing to your employees or listing to lies that ain’t true at all I miss old manger
