Absolutely horrible! This used to be one of the best Subways around my area. The last time I went in the girl working got so angry at me for asking for extra vegetables on my veggie delight that I literally could not eat what I was given. She soaked it in mayonnaise, oil and vinegar. If you want to have a mayonnaise sandwich with very little vegetables added to here! Angry Subway girl is not pleasant when you ask for anything extra. My 30 minute lunch break on my 12 hour shift. Yeah, needless to say I was hungry all night.

I have to say, the staff, while maybe not being the most oriented to a more formal customer service, are very easy to connect with and help make sandwich dreams come true. Seriously. I had an amazing sandwich here. I GASPED when I saw they put together the perfect sandwich, exactly what I had been craving for days. I still am thinking about it. I have heard that they do sometimes seem to try to close early, it seems this is a theme for a number of Minerva “fast food” spots. The store has been clean and the food has been good when I have dropped in. I am greatly looking forwards to my next visit

Called ahead of online order to see if they were able to toast buns yet. They said yes, but none of the sandwiches were toasted as requested. No cheese on one of the sandwiches as requested. The sandwiches over all were lousy and overly ‘messy’. The 2 employees working were not friendly at all. I think they were in a big hurry to close up per the sign on the door, saying they were closing early. Wont be ordering from this store again anytime soon.

I just moved to the area from Columbus and I have to say hands down this location is the best I have been to. The staff was friendly and on point with what they were doing and that is while training a new employee! The food was all fresh and well made. The store was spotless as well. I used to like Subway, but anymore if I am craving a hoagie I will drive anywhere else. I think it has alot to do with the staff. Walking in with no one there and waiting for eternity. Getting a look of disgust if you dare ask for extra toppings or to toast 2 times. It’s not just the staff though the quality of the meat, bread, veggies just doesn’t taste good.

Could not make hot subs, was out of one item we wanted, could not figure out how to use a gift card. After 2 people, no supervisor or manager to help. All young. I just ended up paying we held up the line for about 5 min. Slow at everything they did!
