Pulled in here 8 minutes before they closed! The new manager Noah is fabulous! We had traveled all dau and not eaten and he fixed us up! Never complained at the late hour, just demonstrated good C/S with a smile the whole time. This franchise should be proud to employee a young man with such dedication and a great attitude.

I placed my order online about 1 hr before I wanted to pick up requesting it be ready by 5:30. I pulled up to the window and was told it wasn’t ready, but they were making it now because they’d just finished a “lunch” rush. The wrap I had was so doused in pepper I couldn’t finish it. I’ve picked up subs here before, but this time, it was a mess.

Horrible service. They will get any and all online orders before yours, even if your standing there in person waiting. Waited 20 minutes a few weeks back with only one person in line in front of me. The manager (Pam) fixed 6 footlong subs (online order) in front of me while I waited patiently. Once it was my turn she had the nerve to fix my sandwich along with the lady next to me. We weren’t together and she knew it. After I confronted her as to why this is taking so long and why she’s making my sandwich along side someone else’s, she actually took my 1 sandwich, put it on the counter behind her and told me if I don’t approve how they handle things I need to go elsewhere. She wasn’t going to let me buy my sandwich. Needless to say I left with my sandwich I waited forever on. I contacted the owner and he won’t even respond so he probably could care less.

Im not one to write a bad review unless it’s really bad but The worker this morning (8/31/17) didn’t say hi or hello or anything. She put her gloves on and looked at me. She didn’t smile didn’t didn’t talk to me or didn’t even put anything in a bag to go. I had to ask for a bag to go. All the other times I’ve been here I’ve gotten great service. Just not this time.

I don’t usually write reviews, however my visit with my family far exceeded my expectations. Jamie and Pam were very friendly and personable. My group of nine ordered and our food was exactly what we ordered-Pam even checked back with us after we were seated to make sure that we had everything we ordered. Jamie went out of her way to put tables and chairs together for us.

The young lady who made my sandwich was very kind but the store was FILTHY!!! The glass case looked like it hadn’t ever been wiped down and there was dried mud all over the floor. 3:15 on a Friday afternoon and the manager was sitting in a booth…maybe she could of picked up a broom or mop or cleaned the case window???
