I usually always loved going to this subway but not anymore.
The young guy there was awesome. So friendly but whoever the woman was, not friendly at all.
Didn’t seem like she wanted to help us.
All I did was ask one question and she was Just so rude.
No customer service skills.
It just ruins my day when workers are like that.

Melissa and her crew are always so friendly and the food is always good. Every time I stop in on my way home from work they have my online order ready and waiting for me exactly how I ordered it. If I could 0 stars I would.. ordered a to go order online. Picked it up and drove 10 minutes back home. Order was wrong. Called in to say “hey the subs on my order are wrong.” Instantly got attitude and told they made them right. Went in to try and get the new ones made right. Got told that I could leave because I was expressing the fact they weren’t right and I don’t appreciate being called a liar. I also told the lady I was not leaving until I had the sandwiches I paid for.
Total of 2 people inside sitting eating and no employees were even making sandwiches when I received mine. So they can’t play the it was busy card..

One hour and 15 minutes left of business hours and out of food. No meatballs, so ordered pizza sub. Only wheat buns? No thank you. Would not be complaining about anything until the two employees started laughing about the situation. I WAS a 3 to 4 times a week customer.

The guy who waited on us was unpleasant and had a bad attitude. Then they didn’t have the bread I wanted, then didn’t have meatballs, and was also out of chocolate chip cookies. The fountain area was a mess and pretty much out of everything, such as lids, straws ect. The fountain drink also tasted horrible. We will not be returning to this location ever again.

They take away everything that’s good that’s been on their menus for years they are over priced they never have soup and they’re never open on the hours that their websites say they are done with subway. I don’t even want to give them one star there’s no options for zero stars

It’s a great establishment, I come in about 2 days a week and these two boys always put a smile on my face!! Sometimes they are out of certain bread but I guess it’s my fault I come in pretty late
