Whoever made this order be so for real I’ve never had to spit out food before because it was so gross, one bite and the rest went straight to the trash, I shouldn’t have even tried it after I saw it, made completely wrong asked for no bologna I only got bologna, the cucumbers were spoiled and the whole thing was so gross, I mean just look at it lol I’ll never be back to this location. Absolutely disgusting.

The two girls who worked, I think their names were Grace and Kaylee? They were so polite and had warm tones and smiles! First time coming to this subway and the cookies were fresh and my sandwich was hot. Everything looked clean as well. Only downside was the gift card couldn’t be used from the system being down but I’ll come back the next time I’m in Ohio!

Service by the staff was great however after talking with the staff about my sandwich i ordered i feel they could be getting everyone sick. I ordered a steak sub not toasted and was given a cold steak sub. know I’ve ordered this same sub at subways all over Ohio and to the east coast and never was given a cold steak sub and needed to ask to have the meat cooked. i will never eat here again if this is how they think subway is ran.

Alex was the man, he spread the ingredients evenly across the subs, pushed it down with the knife so they’d roll perfect. Super attentive, good customer service, whatever he’s being paid he needs a raise. Will definitely be back because of him!
