I really enjoy the food at this Subway, and the regular staff members are always fantastic! They are friendly, fast, and I rarely ever have an issue with my order. However, the downside is the management; the person I believe to be the owner can be very condescending if you have any questions. She definitely gives off an ‘I’m better than you’ vibe that makes the experience uncomfortable. Whether that is her intention or not, I’ve personally never had a positive interaction with her. I’ll keep coming back for the great sandwiches and the hardworking crew, but I’d suggest just keeping your interaction to the sandwich artists if you want a pleasant visit!

I do not understand people who order from here regularly. I got a sub today and the bread was so hard, very little toppings. Almost 12 dollars for a sub I took 3 bites from now will throw away. Total garbage and the people working there are extremely rude.

Placed a mobile order, pick up time was for 6:40, I went to the store first to give them extra time and got there around 6:45. My order wasn’t ready until after 7 so I had to wait while they continued to serve walk in customers while I had frozen items sitting in the hot car. People order ahead for a reason, if a customer is told to pick up at a certain time and the order is not ready when the customer arrives that order should be priority number 1, not walk in customers who showed up well after the pick up time. It’s not like I showed up early for my order, I even gave them extra time because I knew I was going to have frozen stuff. I would have gotten faster service with a walk in order which defeats the entire purpose of a mobile order. I watched two different customers leave with their orders before my order was even started, then a third customers order was nearly finished by the time mine was done. The third customer was in line behind me and 2 team members worked on her order. 1 guy worked on my order and my order was 20 minutes late. Also, the elderly lady that works there is extremely rude. Last time I did a mobile order there was an issue so I called and she refused to help, unfortunately I didn’t get her name she was no where to be found when I picked up that time. They also shut off mobile ordering for the store as they see fit. I’ll be contacting corporate about the issues at this location.

WORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD!!!! Placed an online order and upon arrival said they did not have the order and when i asked for a refund or a corporate number to call she refused both out of fear that i would report her poor service .

Food was great! The service was horrible! I let it go, until I got home and started to eat my salad. I opened the dressing I got on the side and the assistant manager gave me less then half a cup of dressing? Cool. Might as well gave me nothing. An I know it was the assistant manager because I called after that and talked to her. She had nothing to say.
