Ordered meatball sub with pepperoni on toasted Italian herbs and cheese. Meatballs were not heated , felt like they just came out of the refrigerator, sauce was ice cold and bread was not toasted. If I had wanted to cook my own food I wouldn’t have ordered take out.

WORST SUBWAY IN AMERICA!!!!!!! This place is run by a group of trashy employees who are the rudest people anywhere. Dirty heating and cooling vents blowing dirt in the drinks and ice bin. Dirty floors, Staff untrained and cant keep orders straight, Manager states they are not trained to be courteous just to work so they can speak to customers however they want . This place needs shut down. Dirty and unsanitary with a Rouge management group and employees . If I could leave zero stars I would.

This location is garbage. They have screwed up my order 3 times now. Bmt, with stale crumbled bread, missing the ham as well. Another sandwich on this order a Philly we added bacon with mayonnaise, no bacon on it no mayo either. I go back to the store and the girls giggle when I tell them they left the ham off my sandwich, and forgot the bacon on the other, she actually asks me “do you want me to heat the bacon?” I looked her like she was insane. Does the health department know these kids have no clue that you don’t serve cold bacon? Of course there’s no customer service to call this location is infuriating

The manager is always going in and out of the bathroom and looks high. Management and employees need a better method of taking care of online orders and customers dining in. Ask the customers ASAP if this a pick up or are they ordering now. There needs to be a nicer flow to get people in and out.

Did not have a good experience here. Literally left this subway to go to another… The girl felt like feeding her friend at one of the tables was more important that the customers in line. Other girl was not very kind and told us because they were closing an hour early she was unable to make certain meals. Sandwich was requested that the cheese be melted only to get the whole sub burnt.
Update: 7/18/24 Attempted to go back to this location. Ended up leaving again because cleanliness was lacking. No hair nets, touching hair, went from sweeping dirt to making sandwiches. Was advised we had at least a 15 minute wait behind mobile orders. Elderly lady in front of us needed help deciding what she wanted and staff was extremely rude. The entire staff needs retrained or replaced.

The person working is so rude. However he is the only one working there????? Cash only???? Really. Wonder who owns this establishment they should be ashamed. Do better. I should caution anyone going here took 30 minutes to get 1sub? Really do better sun away and owner. This is unacceptable
