I ordered the personal pizza with pepperoni and the employee made it for me and it had wax paper stuck to the bottom and she asked me if I wanted her to make me another one and I said yes, another employee (Christie) came out and said no that she couldn’t. I began to eat my pizza and found the wax paper in the bite that I had taken, I went to the counter and requested a refund and Christie then stated that she couldn’t but that would remake the pizza, even though she originally said no. She stated that if I wanted my money back that I would have to return when the store manager was there and was extremely disrespectful.

My daughter asked for extra cheese got 2 sprinkle more. No peanut butter cookies. Her meatball sandwich was horrible. She ate the bread and that was it. The rest went in the trash. We have always shopped at this Wal-Mart but never ate subway here. The girls were horrible and the cashier you could barely here. Never again and only gave 1 star because I’m not a horrible person!

I love Subway it’s one of my favorite places to eat you get pretty good amount for your money and they have a few different types of bread you can put your sandwich on and they make it to order fresh right in front of you place is clean bathrooms are clean and the tables are cleaned and maintained and the staff was friendly

Completed an online order. Received an email confirmation of order and amount paid. Went to pickup and was told they didnt receive it and couldn’t make it or refund. Was told they had no idea when a manager would be working. Sent corporate a complaint and never received a response.
