Service was good, I was greeted when I came in and my take out order on the app was ready only minutes after I placed it rather than the 20 minutes the app indicated. I tried the new protein pocket baja chicken. It looks small but it really is packed with chicken. It was very tasty and filling and at a great price for $3.99.

Definitely one of the nicer Subways, located in Springfield by Giant Eagle! Staff is nice, sandwiches always made decent and not slopped together which is an issue I’ve had at other locations. Was kinda bummed to see the Diet Dr. Pepper taken out of the fountain drink machine though, it was my favorite. But all in all, I’d drive out of my way to go to this one.

I ordered online then drove to pick up my order, should of been an easy pick up but it wasn’t. The front counter was empty except for a lady building a customer’s sandwich, she would not even look at me. I spoke up and said I was here to pick up my order; she said to wait. She moved so slow and I was getting irritated then another lady popped out of the back. I told her I had an order, she walked up to the register and there were 2 orders already made up there. One of the orders was mine, sitting up there the whole time I watched her slowly make the other customer’s sandwich.

Seriously?! It took all that time for me to get my order when there was only 1 customer there and 2 employees? Next time, do your job! This place needs to hire new people.

Food is subway so what you would expect. Manager and staff on morning crew are literally mean as hell. Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time and it’s a recurring issue ( I usually go there all the time at like 5-6pm (when they’re not there) and never had a single problem. They slam stuff and let the timers go off the whole time you’re ordering with no one in line. I asked them to shut the timers off and they were mad and starting slamming everything around. “It doesn’t bother us” ok I told them it bothered me especially when there was literally no one there and there was no rush. Don’t waste your time on using the app for this location. They apparently don’t have anyone that can read. So unless you are standing there specifically telling them what you want, don’t plan on your order being correct. Tried it once had a wrong item. Ok I get it. Tried it again and whole ordered messes up and forgot one sandwich all together. Will NOT be going to this location anymore. For the outrageous amount spent you would think someone would have checked the items.

I meant to write this review earlier and had honestly thought I had submitted but I saw that I had not. The food there was alright but my cousin who I had sent in to pay for food said that the worker there (skinny white male with black hair) was rude and unhelpful. My cousin (who is younger) had trouble with the chip reader and the employee over the transaction just shrugged his shoulders repeatedly until she eventually figured it out. According to my cousin the same worker there mumbled the slur version of “a bundle of sticks” while retrieving bread from the toaster. I am extremely dissatisfied with how my family member was treated. Unprofessional and would be unlikely return.

Went in at 6:30pm on 2-02-24 to try the new pretzels. It took the 3 of them 10 minutes to make 3 subs then other online orders were being made before they even acknowledged me (which never even happened). Stood in line for almost 20 minutes before I just left. Never had such bad service at a subway before. I usually don’t complain and can sympathize with workers because I’ve been there but this was just crazy.
