I just went to this subway and the little white girl with glasses is horrible at her job she burnt my sub and was still gonna serve me it, I asked for a new one. I also got a kids sub but they overcharged me for 6 inch. The women that work there need more training. I’ve attached a photo of the receipt and the sun sizes and prices. Even charged me for dining in as well

Unfortunately found this while eating my sandwich. Thankful I did find it, but whatever this may be would definitely break a tooth and be unsafe to swallow. Tried calling multiple times with no answer. Just be careful, check the sandwich before eating.

Not impressed with the service. The sub was lacking in content definitely scrimping on the meat. Funny while waiting too long for service I noticed the kids milk in the drink cooler expired 6-1 and it was Thursday 6-13. Have to wonder what else is shady in this shop??

Over the past 6 years that I’ve lived in Louisville I’ve watched this Subway go through some big changes. My first couple years here this was the worst subway I’ve ever been to. Now I would have to say this is my favorite Subway. Quite the turnaround, but they have hired some great employees that are polite and do a great job. Put some money in the tip jar if you agree they deserve it!

I came to this location for lunch. The team is very friendly and fair. they weigh the meat so they’re putting the right amount on each sandwich. This location is very clean. I felt very comfortable here.
The other Subway across town needs your help. They are rude, disrespectful and treat customers awful not to mention very dirty .

Came in with my kids 45 minutes before close and we were NOT well taken care of AT ALL!! The manager MELODY was pretty rude from the start, nobody said hello and the “sandwich artists” were both very short spoken!! My bad for being an inconvenience and expecting you girls to do your job with a smile and professionally!!

I have no idea why this location is even still open. Understaffed every time I go in. The poor employees do their best but it has gotten ridiculous. I have had to cancel three online orders because they simply can’t keep up. This location needs help or to close down.
