Honestly hope everyone working the night I went were new. The crew was very disorganized. Making sandwiches around each other not working as a team. Other team members seemed to busy to answer questions for the one guy that was obviously new. To top it off once I got home had the wrong sandwich in my bag and had to go back.

Worst service I have ever experienced! Online order was made wrong and extremely soggy, to the point they were falling apart. I returned and waited in line for a remake. Brandie very rudly asked me “what is wrong with that”? I told her it was an online order that was made incorrectly. She rolled her eyes and snatched it from me (with her mask was under her nose). Mistakes happen, but the real reason I am writing this review is because the 2 girls attitudes were absolutley terrible. While I was standing in line waiting, Brandie was shouting at her mother who was in the store at the time. Loudly shouting that “she can do whatever she wants”, that “it is a free country”. And to “get out of here”. The other girl proceeded to tell me how it was my fault that the order was wrong, even though I pulled it up on my phone and it was not ordered wrong. I can not even imagine what the owners of this Subway would think if they saw the way the employees treat their customers, let alone the fact that they have domestics with their family while making orders. Shameful!

I give Eve 5 stars, but the company only 1 star. Eve seemed to be busting her as* ALONE- she was very professional & some customers were understanding, while others were nitpicking at her & interrupting her when she was with other customers as it wasn’t her fault, but the managers fault for not scheduling someone else to be with her.

Prompted friendly staff delivering food exactly as expected and advertised. No complaints here. Will definitely return for another sandwich! Restaurant is clean and tidy.

Should have read the reviews first. They failed to follow the instructions for an online order. If you let them know your order wasn’t correct, Brandie will call you “Rude” and tell you to “Go to another Subway!”. If they make a mistake, it’s your fault. Worst experience at a Subway by far.

Subs were ordered online for me to pick-up. Wrong ingredients, the one was not toasted , they were both so soggy we couldn’t even pick them up. I called to tell them and was informed by the woman… “ I’m been making subs for 3 yrs., I know how to make a sub”. Then she hang up on me!!! Bad attitude, bad service!
