We ordered 2 footlongs and had a coupon. We weren’t informed until it was time to pay that this store’s cash register was temporarily unable to accept coupons. We waited 5 minutes before anyone came out from the back to even take our order. My wife suggested that they could charge for one sandwich only since that’s what the coupon offered. The young woman helping us accused her of being disrespectful. We walked out. Never again.

Ordered almost $60 worth of sandwiches when family came in to visit during the Thanksgiving Bread was so hard/ stale/over cooked everyone complained about it being like day old bread that you feed the birds. Called complained to employees. They told me that they’re going to let the manager know about my issue. Made two phone calls already. No call backs. No one cares anymore now a days. They got their money and lost a customer. Not going here again there’s another subway down the street in Seville never had a issue there.

Follow up December 9th. Still no call for manager. They obviously don’t care about the customers they serve.

Linda and Megan the owners need to learn how to run the store better.. Food is horrible my dog won’t eat. I lost count on the cross contamination. Never use online ordering bread was burnt to the point you can’t eat it.

If I could give a zero or a negative zero I would! They do not take the coupons ! I spent 20.00 dollars for 3 small subs! The bread was not soft, hard an rubbery! Hardly nothing on the sandwich! NEVER AGAIN! Not when the coupon said free six inch when you buy a 12 inch for 6.99. What the hell is wrong with this picture? 6.99 compared to 20.00. mine was a carry out and my aid got it for me. If I was there I would have said hell no! I’m not rich.

I ordered 5-12inch subs. They were made fine and the young men working were friendly. However this location apparently does not accept ANY coupons which I was not aware of. If this is their policy then it should be clearly posted in a very conspicuous location! I will not visit this location again!!

Went to subway today asked for a new footling dipper was told it was all frozen and I couldn’t order it. So then we ended up ordering subs, but all the toppings were pretty gross. It all looked like it was frozen and then thawed.. the lettuce and spinach looked the worst.. not okay when you are spending $40.00 for crappy food. Will not be back here.

While I was getting my sub made, one of the workers started on another sun. While the other customer and I where picking out the vegetables for our sandwiches. The worker that was making the other sub reached over my sub and basically had his shirt in my sub. The other work saw this and never said anything. Since I already paid and wouldn’t trust them to make another one, I just throw out the sub. I understand mistakes happen, but not to offer to fix that mistake is appalling. Will never go to that subway again. I’ll stick to the one in medina near Marc’s.

The last 2x I have been there, they have obviously decreased the size of the scoops of tuna. I can barely tell it is there. They are also decreasing the amount of vegetables that they will put on your sandwhich. They dont even give me the veggies I ask for. What is so hard about everything except jalapeños? I will be trying another subway and avoiding this one..or stop being a patron of subway all together.
