Ordered two foot longs sub’s double meat and extra sweet onion teriyaki sauce got no extra sauce and no double protein even put special instructions on there to make sure it got done and this is not the first time it has happened at this store chicken teriyaki looks like they didnt even put sauce on the sandwich

I stopped in today 2/6/2026. I ordered a sub and 12 cookies. I understand 12 cookies take some time. I told the girls behind the counter that I would wait however long I needed to. I was in no hurry. The cookies I received where not cooked all the way and they shoved all 12 in one box meant for 6 cookies. When I asked about the cookies the girl who made them refused to come out from the back. I thought I would just cook then a little longer when I got home but even that didn’t work. All the cookies where mushed into a big lump. I could not separate them from each other. Terrible service that was not needed.

Online ordered a bmt and then gave me a chicken sub with Parmesan cheese on it, I didn’t realize it was the wrong sub until I got back to work, I had to throw it away cause I couldn’t eat it, I tried calling them they wouldn’t answer, I called for 2 days no answer. Go back 3 days later to tell them about what happened and they basically said there’s nothing they can do about it, so enjoy the free 12 dollars. Will never go back here again.

This was the worst subway I have ever been too. I asked for my sandwich to be on Italian bread, toasted. It was on cheese and herb bread not toasted. The sandwich was just thrown together with no care. The ham tasted funny also

I stopped in to grab lunch today and the gentleman behind me unexpectedly offered to pay for my meal. Turns out—he was the owner! He even told me, “Go ahead and grab yourself a drink.” The staff is always polite, and the workstations are clean and well-organized. Class act all around.

Lately I haven’t been as satisfied with Subway but today it was DELICIOUS! I don’t like a lot of meat on my subs but I like plenty of veggies & they have been kinda skimpy. Today was perfect!!

First time having Subway in years. I checked other reviews first & decided to go inside to order. I don’t understand people that order through an app if they plan on picking it up & then complaining that it was made wrong. I would rather watch my food be made to make sure it’s right. The food was good & the location was updated & very clean. I miss the Chipotle Southwest sauce they used to have but the Baja Chipotle is close enough. Will definitely be back!

It’s a hit or miss, usually a hit though honestly. Sometimes the sandwich is thrown together without care it seams and others they do a good job. The staff is mostly all the time nice.
Wish they had rugs to collect the water off shoes coming into the store specially in the middle of winter. Somebody is going to fall

As a person who tries desperately to treat all service employees with respect, my encounter today must simply result in never returning here. As I walked in, I noticed four tables full of customers, with a couple people in line in front of me. By the time I placed my order, there were two other customers in line behind me. My order came to $23.98, and when I tried handing the cashier (a young lady with red/blue hair color) a $50 bill, she summarily indicated that they don’t accept bills larger than a twenty and that she didn’t even have the change in her drawer to do so. (Which was a lie as I clearly saw multiple bills present as she opened it.) As there are no signs indicating the policy, I was surprised, and asked her what should happen now. She directed me to a nearby ATM, or to the grocery store nearby “to get change”. If they TAKE $20 bills,with a room full of customers…I wonder why she didn’t want to use one of them to give me my change? She smirked sarcastically, making sure I understood that she didn’t care at all whether this transaction completed. Either the employees got their free meal out of it, or the food was wasted. Very, very sad. Young lady, you DO know that there are other places to buy a sandwich or two, right? I went to Jimmy John’s, spent the same 20+ dollars, and gave a generous tip to the service person there for actually attempting to do a good job. Shame on you, Subway worker.

I did online order. The sandwich was a mess, I couldn’t even pick it up. Not toasted as ask and hardly wrapped in the bag. Whole this was apart in the bag. Suppose to have extra lettuce and spin. 4 pies of lettuce is not extra and neither was the spinach
Went in the trash since it all was unwrapped laying in the bag. Awful!! Never again
